In 1993, at age eighteen, I spent a year of my life at a Christian college seeking to determine whether vocational ministry or a career as an entrepreneur was the plan God had for my life. I pursued my heart's desire Ps. 37:4, and in 1995 began Top Job Services, Inc. It was very exciting for me to use the experience that I had gained overseeing part of the 36-employee operation that my father's company offered me.
