We want to make sure you leave happy and satisfied and do our utmost to ensure that happens every single time.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. Special order, custom design jewelry, and altered items are ineligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Wonderful experience at the grand opening today. My daughter is over the moon with her new earrings. We’ve worked with the owner for all of our special jewelry purchases for years - from my engagement ring, to jewelry when we completed our family to most recently a 10 year anniversary eternity ring & everything in between.
