We understand that paying or funeral services can be a unexpected major expense for the family. The policy must be assignable by the beneficiary so that payment can be made directly to the funeral home. NOTE: All financial arrangements must be completed at least two business days before the funeral date.
When it comes to your final arrangements, shouldn't you make the decisions? The arrangements you make will reflect your exact wishes and desires. Pre-arranging your own service will help to ease the burden of your loved ones. It will also alleviate any questions, problems or differences, which can occur among family members.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
In most areas of the country, state, or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink in. Either a grave liner or a burial vault will satisfy these requirements.

I went to Smith Mortuary within two days of my mother's funeral to see about purchasing her a tombstone. We were immediately greeted with smiles and we were shown the types of stones available and allowed to look at a variety of designs. We were even allowed to customize the stone with small details that my mother would have liked, all at a very beautiful and at an affordable price. The staff was super courteous and talked to us like we were old friends. We shared stores of family and great memories with one another; it was a very comforting experience. The staff was very professional
