in the office hardly any one answer phone ,and on the weekend did not send any one in the morning and night tomorrow is another day ,i mayt be lucky to some one walk in the room an that be my happiest Sunday after one month

The aide was pretty good. The office and office staff horrible. First thing is I ONLY speak English. Most of the aides they have only speak Spanish. When my aide can't come to work for whatever reason I either have to go without services or change my hours to accommodate the agency even if their hours are not convenient for me or I don't get services. The other thing is that the agency will change my hours with a substitute and then not even give me my full hours. My aide is now going on vaction and they changed my hours to much much later than I want because it is when I need to rest and usually

My son's caregiver has been with us for over a year which is unusual with home health as the turnover appears high in this industry. His name is Ernesto and he is amazing. He is reliable and on time, rarely taking a day off. He goes the extra mile with my son's care. He is kind and gentle with my son. We are very blessed to have him!

My mother had a very responsible personname Mary taking care of her case but then she was assigned a man name Luis and he's very disrespectful and doesn't do his job.
Sometimes, no one shows up because he doesn't know how to make a schedule.

I have had approximately 5 different aides with this agency 2 were permit with me and the others were temporary. Except for 2 they were very nice and very helpful however; none spoke English and I don't know any other languages so it is difficult to communicate my needs. The adminstrative staff is another thing. They do not communicate when someone is going to be out and scheduling someone to fill in. When you call to find out what is going on they will tell you they will find out then not get back to you or they will say that they were not informed that the aide was going to be out. On this last

BEWARE!!! BAD company, DO NOT use home care solutions..Health care aids did not show, on many dates, no call, NO COMMUNICATION, NO back round checks, Yesenia Martinez in charge was RUDE and provided no solutions to her heath aides that DO NOT Show up . MY 88 year mother is getting NO health care aids as promissed, Some aids that did show were… young and inexperianced on the cell phone most of the time.
