I agree with the other bad reviews. The only reason I am giving it a 2 star rating is because of our nurse. If it weren’t for her I’d give no stars

My family and i have been working with family first for a year and a half now and i must say that we’ve been dealing with the same issues from day one, communication, and scheduling of nurses. This company lacks major communication and i believe that’s where their downfall is. I am a mother of 3, 9months, 2yrs, and 11 so my life is pretty busy. With that being said i depend on family first to care for my child when they are supposed to. I go weeks without solid coverage, and my nights are the worst. Each week is different, so you don’t have set schedules. They don’t keep up with the scheduling

Well.. As you can see this is my second review. I cannot lie the service from Family First improved tremendously for awhile, at least the last month I've had consistent coverage. However I had somewhere to go tonight. My nurse was due to arrive at 9pm and arrived at 10pm. (I understand things happen), but I'm starting work next week and I can't go with a good conscious know they are UNRELIABLE. I would be completely fine if i had someone to let me know that the staff is running late but I have to call and ask EVERY SINGLE TIME. But this is the LAST time. I can not depend on Family First to have

Family First does not care about the patients they're supposed to care for. I haven't had a nurse for 3 nights in a row. Today someone is scheduled however shes not her. I had to contact the office because shes over an hour late at this point. 1st of all they didn't know she wasnt here and she didn't answer when they called her. I have 2 good nurses. The other one is late every night and when she get here she ask if she can leave and go get food. They don't care if they're late every night and they dont care if they no call no show. At this point I'm starting to think they put fake names on the

I've had a terrible experience with this company. My son was in NICU for over 5 months. He had a Grade 4 Brain Bleed and has a G Tube. I'm taking care of him alone with 0 support from his Father. My Social Worker referred me to this company. I've only had nurses come out a little over a week. The first week the night my son got the flu and I really needed the help, the nurse didn't show up. I had someone on schedule and when I called the office I was told no one was on schedule for me tonight. Didn't offer to find someone else. When my son went to the ER for the flu I called in advance to advise
