I have used this service a few times years ago, so when planning an evening out to a concert I called them again. After reviewing their website and appreciating their "all included price quote" (GRATUITY, gas, taxes etc. EVERYTHING) I called and left a message that evening. Next day at noon, no response so I called again. After telling them 2 people round trip to concert and pick up times, she quoted an 8 person limo. A little overkill, but okay how much? She quoted me 50.00 more than website and then asked how will I pay my gratuity? I said I thought it was all included according to

Used this company for my brother's birthday and we wanted to surprise him. Spoke to what I thought was a manager Debra Hunter, and I explained that I had a bad limo experience in the past with another company and the car was run down and dirty, she assured me that their cars were in excellent shape. She was very nice on the phone BUT - when the car showed up it was dirty, smelled like body odor, there was a small tear in the leather bench, the bar area was coming apart from the car and you could see wires in the gap. I recently used Skye for a girls night out for my friends 40th birthday. I am very happy with the services. Their price was reasonable and I like that it was one fee, including tip, so you know up front what you're paying. The limo was clean and stocked as promised. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is because I was told the Excursion would fit 15 people and we had 10 (mostly slim) girls and one of us almost had to sit on the floor. It wasn't the most comfortable, but it was still fun. The driver, Todd, was excellent. Very friendly, on time, and professional.

I'm not shocked to go on here and see over 50 bad reviews with this company. And it's not surprising any of the good ones were from 2009... It's 2014. I had the worst experience with Debra and am glad because I didn't have to waste my money. I had been going back and forth with this company to rent a limo for my wedding. I was given a quote that I thought sounded great. But when I went to order Debra very aggressively told me ALL the pricing that was given was wrong. She than agreed to honor half and told me I would have to take a sedan back from my wedding if I wanted the pricing

Was planning on booking services through this company. I spoke with 3 different people every time I called I was disconnected then when I called back the guy didn't know who had given me the quote for my service so I explained who the guy was i spoke to and asked to speak with the manager who had given me the quote and was told he's too busy to talk to me. I would not reccomend this company I think they're just in it for the money and don't care about the customer.

These guys where amazing. Called them on such short notice, they allowed me to book 2 one-way transfers instead of paying for a 5 hour minimum. They included a fully stocked bar and even came to pick us up earlier than scheduled when we called our drive. So accomodating and very nice staff.

Derek the CO founder must have misunderstood my friendly tone when I emailed him about unexpected costs that were assessed to our airport pickup and drop off. This could be MY fault for not asking all of the right questions about what fees were to be incurred. When he said $80 all-in I clearly misunderstood something. Upon receiving the bill (that I had to request twice to receive) of $160 I asked if there was any way he could help us out. He responded with the most incredible distaste and rudeness I have ever encountered from a business. The only explanation my entire office could come up with
