I hired San Limo via their website and made a down payment for use of their service with a week's notice.
The following week when I expected the limo to be here, there was no sign of their driver or their limo. I made constant calls to their company, with the assistant on the other end stating that the service was in use at the allotted time. I ended up making a last minute call to another company that was able to come to save the day.
After this experience, I made several attempts to get my down payment back, but so far I have had no luck at all. I hope to receive it soon, after all I do

One Star is too much!! This is my worst experience ever with any business. I purchased a Groupon for limo transportation in order to take a group of girls to celebrate the end of the school year. When I initially contacted them, the guy said that Groupon had listed them without his permission and that he was not honoring Groupons. I contacted groupon which after a couple weeks contacted me and said that the issue was resolved with the vendor. I contacted San Limo again at which point the guy took my reservation, emailed me a confirmation, took my Groupon voucher information and redeemed my Groupon

Saying that this limo company is the worst limo company ever is an understatement... I should have read the reviews on yelp about how they do not except groupons before purchasing one. After trying to make a reservation and the man on the phone telling me he does not take groupons he finally caved and said he would accept it. I received an email confirmation and all was well. Day of the reservation there are 3 adults 6 little girls ready to go. I called 30 minutes to make sure they were on their way and they told me that their limo broke down and that there was only an SUV that seats 6 available

We've used San Limo for a few years now so I don't think we have just been the lucky customers so far. Every time Tahreek (sorry if I misspelled your name) has been awesome. The last booking he even drove all the way back to return my cell phone that I left in the car. We will definitely be calling them again due to the excellent service and great attitude. They arrive on time, or early, and are very professional. Perhaps Ray that I've read about isn't as spot on, but Tahreek is outstanding. He really cares about doing it perfectly.

The owner, Harry, was incredibly professional. He was our driver for our time in San Diego, and he was able to accommodate our larger party size (7) in style. He was always courteous, prompt and fairly-priced. I would recommend his services to anyone. My husband goes to SD on business,and he has Harry's card for future visits. This guy made our trip easy, enjoyable and fun. I don't really understand the other reviews, as it seems so unlike the man we encountered!

We booked San Limo with the owner "Harry", to pick us up in North Park and drop us off in Coronado to take my 92 year old grandmother and 65 year old mother to a Christmas play. I explained to Harry that we would need a pick up and a drop off, but the drop off would be to 3 separate locations from Coronado. I told him the locations and he said he would do it for an additional $25 per location, so our quote was for $160 total for a lincoln town car, which we had asked for.

We booked airport transfers to and from SD airport because our departure time was very early and our arrival back was late in the PM. Our flight back to SD was delayed one hour so we were to get in at 1am rather than midnight.
I called San Limo as a curtesy to let them know the flight was delayed. He told me he did not have time to wait, he had an early pick up the next day so we should just get a cab.
As an airport transfer company, flight delays are just part of doing business. Blowing us off and leaving us on our own was poor and unprofessional.

I hired San Limo to take my daughter and a bunch of her friends to the prom. There were to be 26 of them and they were told that they would need a party bus for their large number of passengers. When the bus arrived at the event it was not a party bus but a shuttle bus which looked something like an airport shuttle bus without the luggage racks!
