We used MBRG to finish our basement and I am very glad we did! The entire team was extremely responsive, thorough, respectful, and performed great work. We always knew what everything cost ( to include last minute add-ons) and were never caught off guard, which was extremely important to us with such a big project. Thank you for everything! We were on a mission to find a contractor to redo our two main upper level bathrooms and not ruin our house or our lives for 5 weeks. We found them! Metro is a design-build contractor which means they have a professional designer working with you on the layout and all your materials which was really the best route for us. If you go with a cheaper quote from just a builder, YOU are basically the designer, project manager, and everything in-between. Been there, no thanks. The process of finishing our 1,750 sq ft unfinished basement was a somewhat daunting one. We looked at several contractors ranging in experience, and changed our design many times along the way. I thank my lucky stars we went with George and his team who made the entire experience so smooth and easy. They managed the project like pros, were as discrete as possible, pulled us in when necessary, and were flexible with changes. From start to finish it took only six weeks to finish and we could not be happier with the finished product! I would highly recommend Metro Building and Remodeling to anyone

MBRG completed a major renovation of our basement over the winter and did a great job. From the design phase through final completion, George and his team communicated clearly with us the entire way so there were no surprises on timing, budget or what the finished space would look like. They even finished the renovations ahead of schedule! We would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call them again if we ever decide to take on another project like this in the future.

MBRG finished our basement a couple of months ago - and we love it. They were awesome! We were always in the loop about each and every step of the process always knew where we stood as far as staying in budget (knew to the dollar if we were above or below budget with each item we chose. No surprises at the end!) . They were very professional, always arrived on time and kept to schedule, and had great ideas. Plus George and the team are super nice and friendly. I would unequivocally recommend MBRG for your remodeling needs!
