We can handle any size basement remodel or finishing project. We are familiar with all building codes. Typically we provide a 3D layout of your basement with our free estimate. In order for us to provide a quote we must first visit the site, take pictures, take measurements, and obtain details from you regarding your project.

If you are reading this then you are likely looking for a remodeling contractor and dealing with the daunting task of vetting and estimates. Well, look no further! Virginia Remodelings is your best choice! Virginia Remodelings finished my single family home basement with a full bathroom, bedroom, finished laundry room, Pella sliding patio door…and I highly recommend them. I received several quotes and Virginia Remodelings was very competitive on price but the deciding factor was the level of detail in the scope of work/project plan that explained every step of the project down to the spacing

Virigina Remodelings did an amazing job on taking an unused space - a room with 3 walls and a closet and turned it into a beautiful new office space by creating a wall with two french doors. It's a beautiful addition to our home. The work was done in the time quoted and also finished within budget. We're so excited to now move onto our next project of building some custom book shelves with Virginia Remodeling :) Great job!

We had Virginia Remodelings build our deck and fence and they did a fantastic job. The owner, Rick was great to work with and very responsive - from providing us a quote (prompt with the initial consultation and estimate), to explaining the process, materials, construction, HOA and County Permit approval process. He always kept us up to date until the end of the project.
One of his guys, Steve was always punctual and very pleasant - answered any questions we had. He would always clean up before he leaves for the day.

We hired Virginia Remodeling back in 2016 to fix a remodeling disaster in our in-law suite in Ashburn (created by a previous contractor who subsequently went out of business) - Rick and his son did an excellent job dismantling/replacing cabinets, drywall; sheet rock and eliminating mold issues stemming from the previous construction errors. Rich did the absolute best job communicating costs; scheduling time and providing cabinet/material options of any contractor we've ever worked with over 40 years! Rick and his team were outstanding. Very easy to schedule the initial estimate and the work. We did some fence work and a deck power-wash and repaint. It was wonderful that they were able to work very independently and we didn't need to be home for them to get the job done (great so I didn't have to take PTO!). There was some rain that caused the painting to need to be rescheduled, but Rick was great in keeping me in the loop via email about scheduling and answering all my questions.
