Worst experience! We had an appointment at 2pm. They sent me a message that it will be 15 minutes delay. I called 1 hour before and they told me that delay will be not longer than 10 minutes. I asked if they sure, because I have other appointment and it's very important , because otherwise I could reschedule appointment. We arrived at time, but instead of 10 minutes waited 1!!! hour, and every 10 minutes during this time they assured me that appointment will be in 2 minutes!! Very disappointed!!!

Dr Carlotto and his team are incredible. I’ve been a patient for only about five months and the improvement of my teeth and smile has been remarkable! Way beyond my expectations. He is an exceptional orthodontist and great to deal with and very professional as is their staff. The office is very modern, clean, bright and well designed. And the location in Milford is convenient for me.
