Different staff and different orthodontists!! We signed up because we really like the staff we met the first time. Also, they told me the appointment for my son yesterday would be 15 minutes. I had a family emergency to go to but I didn’t leave because they said it would be 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, I was still there in the waiting room waiting for my son.

Excellent customer service. I was seen by staff members that speak Portuguese; my first language, while my daughter and I were both getting braces. They always call in advance of appointments and offer flexible schedules and forms of payments. Definitely a great place to go, should you want to be in good hands.
