Is the pay-rate different if there is more than one (1) client in the home receiving care? Yes, if there is more than one person in the home that has signed up for Personal Care Assistance or medicine reminders the pay-rate is different. If the caregiver takes them in his/her own vehicle there is a fee for mileage to reimburse the caregiver for the use of their vehicle.
