Founded on the core beliefs of community and quality care, Windsor Place Nursing Center began in 1994. A few short years later in 1998, The Springs Nursing Facility was added to the organization, allowing potential residents to choose their preferred location. Finally, in 2017, Grace Hill Nursing and Rehab was acquired and Thornton Healthcare Management was born.

The Springs Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center in Hughes Springs, Texas offers quality care and a home-like environment for its valued residents. The center is surrounded by a quiet, peaceful areas, granting residents a pleasant and scenic locale. The Springs is licensed by the Department of Aging and Disability Services as well as The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
A beautiful, modern facility, Grace Hill is the newest addition to Thornton Healthcare Management. The facility is up-to-date in size and stability, with plenty of room for residents to relax, receive therapy, dine, or enjoy entertainment. My mother was there. She passed away there. She had finally gotten her hearing aids. They cared so little that they supposedly lost them. Right before she passed on she told me the doctor said he found one of them broken in the corner of the room. She had mentioned them either losing or throwing away other things of hers. She was supposed to go home the day she passed away. I wish she had made it home.
