I have been a client of Dental Arts for over ten years. Dr. Dayan is so careful and understanding in his manner and meticulous and creative in his work. His office is state-of-the art and he is always current on any new advances in his profession. He always carefully considers every issue and is conservative in his approach to problem-solving which makes me, the patient, have a great deal of confidence in his care recommendations for any issues that arise. I have been seeing Dr. Arman Dayan since 2015 and usually have had a great experience. Each time I would go in for cleaning, he would have a new hygienist. This is not uncommon as I understand it is very difficult to hire good help and the doctor is very particular about excellence. This is why he’s a great dentist. Sometimes Dr. Dayan would do my cleaning himself and this is when you get the best service! Dr. D, plays good music and likes to sing while he works. He hired a new “helper” - I don’t believe she is a hygienist and she is not careful with the water. She lets it spray all over

I like the Dr Dayan VERY MUCH but the office is tough to deal with ;/ I guess buried in the 20 papers you sign in the waiting room it says, you WILL BE CHARGED if you try to change you appointment without 48 hours notice ;/ In all my years of dealing with 'medical professionals'...I have never had someone RAISE THEIR VOICE or chastise me like this office did ;/ its a bummer...because he is great. A warning would have been nice...but the YELLING and utter insensitivity ESP during COVID?? Is not ok ;/

Talk about a great dentist and office. I don't normally write reviews but I felt Dr Dayan deserved some recognition. In all my years I have never met a better dentist with a better chair side manner. From the time I sat down in for my appointment he put me at ease... I never thought falling asleep in a dental chair was possible but I DID!! His relaxed professional manner made me so comfortable and he easily explained the what was the current state of my teeth. I went to Dr. Dayan to fill in the black triangle between my two front teeth with Bioclear. To my knowledge, he is the only certified Dentist in LA that offers this service.
He was very patient with me during the shaping process and was open to my suggestions on how I imagined my teeth would look. Definitely recommend!!!

I waited for the completion and the results of "updating" my 75 year old man's teeth by Dr. Dayan.
I am immensely satisfied with the extensive work done.
The work resulted in complements from many; My bite is better than ever before, the procedure was relatively fast and my teeth are white and clean. The price was reasonable too.
Dr. Dayan is not only professionally advanced, but in my opinion, extremely talented.
His staff is also remarkable; Special shout-out to Dr. Kim.

This is the worse dental office you can go to.
They are liers and they just want to charge you.
The lady that answers the phone her name is Megan she is horrible in customer service and she is very rude.
I use to go to the office many years ago and then i moved to oc and now iam back in la and wanted to make an appointment to visit the dr for consultation.
By the way i do have a great dental Insuranse.
So they refused taking me in as a patient when i called in to make an appointment, i asked her why?
She said do you at least need a dental cleaning i said no.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!
My Veneers were not put on correctly and that was 2007.
I literally have lost almost all of my teeth because my Veneers had gaps allowing food to get under them. My teeth rotted under the Crowns and Bridges. My teeth started breaking apart in 2012....more in 2015, 2016, and finally 2018.
I spent over $16,000 and here Ian needed a full restoration of my teeth. This was a mess and Dr. Dayan refused to acknowledge me back when the problems began.
Now I am stuck with a $50,000 bill on top of what I paid Dayan.
I would highly recommend that you go to a Dentist

Dr.Dayan really beat my expectations on deep cleaning and service. Took before pictures and provided me with information on keeping my chompers healthy. I get nervous at the dentist usually, but 80's music is very calming in the back ground and Dr.Dayan's customer service,pride in work, and professionalism kept me at ease. I needed a lot of work done to correct my teeth. I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and 12 ]cavities filled. So, my mom recommended her dentist, Dr. Dayan. I am so happy my mom referred him to me. Dr. Dayan was very quick and efficient. He was willing to help me correct my problems immediately. He pulled one of my wisdom teeth the next day and I was able to get immediate relief. I really appreciate his hard work and effort to fix my teeth.

Ok. And now we're up to number eight. Another failed veneer.
Oh. And did I mention the time he sent me out of the office with an excruciating abscess (after a $500 special X-ray that found nothing). Said I either had a neurological disorder or a tumor. It was a dental abscess which was diagnosed two weeks and $3000 later at the cedar Sinai pain clinic.

I was a patient of Dr. Dayans for approximately one year. Let me start out by saying the staff are amazing and Dr. Dayan is very friendly and personable. The office is state of the art and cleanly. If I were rating on that I would give five stars, but my review is based entirely on having a doctor who stands behind and honors the work that is provided and overcharging.
I'll also say I am not always the model patient. The one year I was with this office I had two implants, a bridge a crown and two night guards. Just short of a year I was eating something hard and the crown on one of my implants

I went to this guy after getting a Groupon to try out the cleaning services and discuss a receding gumline.
His office took the xrays at least 3 times because they didn't get them right the first 2 times! I suspect that they did this in order to get an xray that they could argue was a cavity, because he tried to tell me I had 3 cavities! When I asked to see them he vaguely pointed to a few spots that didn't look like anything to me. I have NEVER had a cavity in my life, and I take very good care of my teeth. He wanted me to fill them that same day, which to me is a big red flag.

I've been a patient of Dr. Dayans for quite some time and he is hands down absolutely as good as it gets! I'm very particular about my dentists and I can tell you with confidence that he is the cream of the crop. I was even more impressed to learn the Dr. Dayan graduated high school at the young age of 15, college at 18 and dental school at 22, making him the youngest practicing dentist in the United States! Incredible.

I don't know what the normal prices for a cleaning are, but I paid 179 for a cleaning and whitening on Living Social: Sinsational Smile, a successor to Zoom 2 which has been popular and less painful according to many. I am going to come back for a deep cleaning and X-rays in a month.
Dr Dayan is a charming man and while he didn't work on me--his daughter (I think) Sheila was my hygienist and a lovely young woman who went to Pali High and firmly but not sanctimoniously stressed the importance of flossing--he came in to say hello.

THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD. My whole family has been going to Dr. Dayan for years. Jackie, Dr. Dayan's assistant, is also AMAZING. The one star review breaks my heart --- BUT, it has nothing to do with Dr. Dayan's dental god like skills. If you want the best, go to him.
Believe me, I've had nightmare dentist experiences.
