Chef Bill Boney came to the Tetons in 1986 after studying at the Culinary Institute of America. He spent his time skiing and working in kitchens throughout Jackson Hole, eventually becoming a personal chef for Laurence Rockefeller and others. Seeing a need for professional service, Bill launched Dining In Catering, his own catering business, in 1994.
