Dr. Fox did an amazing job with my Luna! She had an accident in our back yard that left a deep gash on her side. Needless to say we didn't have an appointment , we walked right in and she had to have surgery that required 9 stitches! She's healing very well and I'm completely satisfied with their service!

Great veterinarian, office staff was kind and respectful. Never a good day when you have to euthanize a beloved family member, but this office made it a bit better with their kindness and compassion.

EXCELLENT Vet Clinic. Every one of the current employees are kind and considerate, caring and gentle. In my 26 years in the area, I find them to be far superior to a least two other animal hospitals. Ann at the front desk is the absolute BOMB!!! All the doctors are well educated, highly experienced and fully qualified to treat any and all animals.… They have seen a variety of ailments with our animals for the last decade. Each time, we are educated on what is the problem, how we can help and what to expect next. I personally see Dr. Scott the most. She has helped my family through the loss

I’ve went to this vet a number of times. Every time is worse than the previous visit. I’ve seen every vet in the office and they are all very untrained to work with dogs with anxiety. Dr.Scott and Dr.Fox were rough with my dog when she got nervous and we had to put a muzzle on her for precaution. Today specifically, Dr.Fox felt that it was… appropriate to grab my dog by her front legs, squeezing them very hard and shaking her… all because she was lifting her paws to reach for her muzzle. I understand concern of a dog taking off their muzzle, however, the muzzle was very

It has taken me some time to write this review as I truly was not sure how to put my thoughts down on paper without sounding so angry. The annual care that our dogs received while patients here was good and… staff was tentative to both dogs needs during check-ups. The staff and doctors were kind to us, but our beloved Winston, was failed in his time of need. Winston became sick w/chronic diarrhea Dec 2020 he was seen and tested for Addison's Disease twice due to him being very lethargic and loss of appetite. Both test came back negative so it was determined in March by Dr. Fox that he had

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Took my dog in because he had appeared to have pulled a nail and had the quick exposed. The vet said that “since it’s 4:45 on a Friday there’s not much we can do.” Then why be open if you’re not going to do your job? Very rude and just unpleasant.

I've met two of the vets and am very pleased. They are very nice, and I don't have to watch my dog suffer (from the shots) because they get him out of the car and take him inside for me!

I can not brag enough about the staff and thorough attention and effort given by the vet to personalize the visit and come out and speak directly with me about my babies. The prices almost made me weep however and the scheduling left me sitting in the car for over an hour ..but that I will blame on covid. Times are frustrating! All in all a great visit. I will go back, but some basic services I will have to go other places for due to the prices.

So I wasn't going to leave them a review at first but as I search for a new vet I realize how important reviews are.
My cat keeps ear infections. I've taken him to the vet about 10 times for it. I was taking… him to Hopkins Animal Hospital but wanted to see if another vet would have different approach. In September, I brought him to the Walkertown Veterinary Hospital for the first time and I liked the vet who treated him. I think it was the Dr. Fox. On 11/16 we went back and it was super busy. There wasn't enough parking for all the cars. They still don't let you go in, so I waited in the

All they want is money. Took my sick dog to them and they wouldn’t see him. Said he needed to have some shots. Tell me what’s wrong with my 13 year old dog and then we will talk about shots. I’m not giving him all them shots if he is dying.

Vet services are excellent however I took my cat to be groomed, was quoted $45. When we checked in over the phone, I agreed to have his rabies updated. I was never informed that they’d add an office exam fee to the rabies shot and my bill ended up being over $100. And of course, when the office manager got in the phone she said “you pay that… anywhere” and got rather condescending. I had no choice but to pay as they had my cat, but I won’t be back. I have 4 other animals I was going to transition to this office as well, but not now. Never again.

Walkertown Veterinary Hospital has some of the most dedicated and caring staff. Our new cat is very skittish and feisty with new people and they did all they could to get her the care she needed, even when she was acting like a little monster.
