Unlike taxis, we do not pick up our clients on the street. Thus, you are spared the uncertain timing of getting a cab. With My Shofer, you reserve a driver and car through our online and phone reservation system. This service allows you to customize ongoing daily trips, or special trips. If I could give Tom from My Shofer 10 stars I would. We needed a ride from Lafayette to St. Helena for a 5 hour event. Tom was most accommodating. He was such a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. Upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and sensible are a few words to describe our experience with Tom. He's a gem. Hard to find these days!

Just came back from a "girls trip " to San Francisco and needed airport transportation from and back to the airport. The communication was excellent. "Tom" our driver texted me as soon as we landed to let us know he was at the airport and directed us where to meet him. He was very personable and provided interesting facts about the area as well as restaurants to try (both were wonderful). He called to tell us he was on his way and 10 minutes out to pick us up for our return trip to the airport. Our only regret was that we didn't hire him for a private tour of the

We decided to use this company, the others didn't answer their phone or were overpriced! The day of our arrival, Roman texted to let me know he would be picking us up, he was prompt and courteous and the vehicle was clean and comfortable! Used these guys for a romantic trip to Napa with my wife. We had an amazing time in Napa and certainly our driver made it even better for us. Very professional, car is clean. He knew Napa and suggested beautiful wineries that we have not been in yet. Very accommodating with water in the car and overall made us feel very special. Will definitely use them again.

Honestly the best car service you can ask for. Whether it's a Napa trip or airport ride, they have it down. On time, immaculate vehicles, and professional service that goes above and beyond. If you're used to grabbing ubers everywhere, MyShofer really highlights what you get when you have a professional driver. Ask for Roman, coolest and nicest driver around.

Always had impeccable service from MyShofer. Drivers were usually 5 minutes early, called when they arrived. Cars were clean and the rides were uneventful which is exactly what I need when I need to get to the airport. I like that I can pay including tip prior to the ride.
One star less because it's difficult to edit/view/modify your reservation on the website, and you have to call.

I used them again today, for my ride back to Oakland. I again got Bradley. He showed up early again, which is always great! He was friendly, and gave me the same great service I received on Monday. This place is great, and much better than the crazy cab drivers, I encountered 2 times a day going to work, and back. When coming back to SF for work, I will always use this service. I've been using My Shofer for nearly a year and a half now, and I've been remiss about writing my review.
I travel quite a bit for work (almost 30 trips last year) and I've got it down to a science. As in, leave my house at 1.5 hrs before the flight so that as soon as I get through security and arrive at the gate, my group is boarding. This means that my ride to the airport can NOT be late - enter My Shofer.
They are on time. Every. Single. Time. (Except once and they were on the ball about contacting me an hr before and letting me know they were running late. I was worried but

Recently my husband and I needed to get to SFO airport at night and come back.
Since this service is highly evaluated by yelp, I used this service. The driver arrived 5 min ahead of time and texted me.
And when I had another service from the airport, as soon as the plane landed,
I got a text message.
Both drivers were really professional and nice.
Definitely will use this service again.

Fairly terrible. They were an hour late picking up my family from the airport. When I called the driver he claimed to be a few minutes away on 101. 20 minutes later he claimed he was on his way but got a ticket from CHP for texting while driving. 20 minutes after that he was still a no show. Basically he was lying to me the entire time on the phone....or he was engaging in risky and illegal behavior. Either way, not what you want from a professional driver!

We took this service to and from SFO to the hotel.
The driver who picked us up from the airport showed up waaaay too early and was kind of impatiently texting me. One member of our party hadn't even landed and he was there asking where we should meet him. He was texting us at least a half hour earlier than our reservations. So, a little annoying. And, then, he makes some kind of racist joke about Asian drivers on the way to the hotel. (he wasn't asian, as far as I know, and we weren't either). Kind of awkward? Not sure why that was necessary?

Due to BART strike, we tried My Shofer for the first time and were very pleased. Online reservation process was easy and we appreciate that you get a quote before committing. More expensive than Bayporter or SuperShuttle, but it's door-to-door and you don't have to wait for other passengers. About the same price as a cab too (we took car from SFO to east bay).

I use MyShofer fairly regularly for airport transport. The drivers have always been prompt, courteous and reliable in my experience. I love that their service enables you to handle booking, payment, tip, everything ahead of time.
However, I can't give them a perfect rating (more like 4.5 stars) because their customer service is pretty spotty. I had a minor billing issue with them once and was never able to reach them over the phone. It was eventually resolved a few days later via email. Even though MyShofer has made some mistakes in the past, they've really gone out of their way and done everything in their power to make things right. They've offered me a free ride, assigned a particular driver to me, and even send the driver early to make sure nothing goes wrong again.
I applaud their efforts. Everyone makes mistakes at times, but very few companies do this much to make sure their customers are happy.

Just flew in from Houston yesterday and used MyShofer to get from SFO to my place in San Francisco! I found them through the SFO website, saw that they were one of the few services with 5-star Yelp reviews, and reserved a Prius with Gate Meet the night before.
Booking was a snap, and when my flight arrived an hour late, I saw a text message waiting in my inbox as soon as I got off the plane, letting me know where to spot my driver. I'm an out of towner who found out about MyShofer via Yelp. With all the five star reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I needed a 6am pickup from where I was staying at the Mission to Union Square.
Dependability was important to me because I was heading to the starting line of the Nike Women's Run Marathon. Five minutes before the scheduled pickup time, my cellphone rang and the driver let me know he had arrived. Great!

I recently tore the MCL and ACL in my knee and have been relying mostly on my husband and taxis to get to and from work. I decided to try MyShofer for several reasons: taxi drivers are a little rough (I can't really take jarring movements rights now), I have been turned down by taxi drivers because they "do not have time to drive out to the avenues" or they do not take credit cards (I rarely carry cash) and I often have to stand on the side of the curb downtown for 20 to 30 minutes before actually getting into a cab.
