I set up rides to and from the airport (SFO) for my 90-year-old father. I live in another state and was worried about some of his mobility problems. After screening a number of limo services and speaking to representatives, I decided on Pleasant Limo. Am I glad I did! They are totally professional and reliable. My wife and I used Pleasant Limo to and from SFO recently after some dismal and stressful experiences with a ride share company. We use limo services in other cities so not sure why we weren't in San Francisco. Anyway--we will always be doing so in the future on our frequent travels into and out of the city--and they will definitely be with Pleasant Limo. With the pickup at SFO we had a text upon landing of where to meet the driver, and texts to them were promptly answered. This is an updated review after being a loyal customer for Pleasant Limo for 10 years. I have never had any issues with them and their drivers all treat us like family for every trip. Jesus has been our driver on many occasions and he is always prompt, courteous, and goes out of his way to make us super comfortable. I love this family-owned business and will always use them for our rides to/from the airport.

I had an amazing experience with Pleasant Limo as they took my now-fiance and me around the bay area for a socially-distanced engagement party. Jesus was 5 minutes early, was incredibly courteous throughout the 7-hour trip with multiple stops, and was a very safe and smooth driver. The car itself was immaculate as well. I highly recommend using Pleasant Limo, and will certainly book them again in the future when I need a limo or town car service!

Used the service of Pleasant Limo and our driver was Elvin and he Rocked!!! Elvin was not on time but early for our pick up. He had excellent customer service and very easy to talk with and if we could have utilized his service for the time we were in SF it would have been Lovely. However, I know any other time we are in SF and require car service he will be the person we seek out.

I have been using Pleasant Limo mostly for airport transportation and a few other Bay Area trips. Their service has been consistently great. They are always on time and it's easy to schedule with them. I've had great service from all the drivers and Elvin is my favorite. He always welcomes me and is happy to see me. I also get awesome service from the woman who schedules my rides. I highly recommend Pleasant Limo and am happy to be supporting a Bay Area business.

I tried to use the services of Pleasant Limo and was extremely disappointed at first. Their website apparently auto-corrected the pickup address (a problem I have seen with other limo services, too) so we waited in vain for an airport pickup while the car was waiting on the other side of town. But Pleasant Limo has been wonderful: although their dispatcher blamed us for the problem, the company did not charge us for the ride, AND they gave us a complimentary car service booking as their way of making amends for what happened. We thank them and look forward to using their services again.

After three bad experiences with SuperShuttle, I started looking for an alternative way to get to SFO. I have used Pleasant Limo for my last four trips and they are always on-time for my pick-up, completely reliable, competitively priced and the drivers are always extremely professional. It's the only car service I use now to/from SFO. Highly recommended!

I have used their services Several times and they have always been professional and on time. We needed a vehicle that could accommodate four people and we were very comfortable in their SUV Cadillac Escalade. each time the driver was professional and very courteous and we enjoyed our conversations and their knowledge of the surrounding areas. I have mainly used their services in San Francisco all the way to Los Altos and Almaden Valley both were round trips. they were patient and safe despite the horrible drivers on the road. we were picked up from the Hyatt Regency and had lunch in the city and

No idea why the one person couldn't figure out the pricing and called them shady. Just start a reservation and it's right there as you book on their secure website. Seems like user error.
If you have to be somewhere like the airport at a specific time scheduling a ride share doesn't mean they will come. It just triggers the app to send a request. And if they do come you are going on the freeway with someone who may be a horrible driver. Or not know how to get to the airport without their phone.
I always use Pleasant Limo. YEARS now and it's consistently the same. Nice people

First, somebody actually answered the phone. Off to a good start. After I made the reservation from SFO to our hotel they provided a confirmation email. The driver arrived fashionably early, texted he was waiting, and patiently waited for my text advising him we were ready. He was well groomed and dressed nicely. He was pleasant, but remained quiet unless we initiated conversation. The limo was very nice and clean!! Perfection.
When I made the return to SFO reservation it was a repeat performance. Great experience!!

Used this service early in the month.... extremely impressed! We came into San Francisco airport just before 11pm and were concerned about finding the driver. The communication with the driver was excellent and we found him with no problem. He immediately got the doors opened and loaded our luggage. We enjoyed conversing with the driver... he was very pleasant, friendly, helpful with recommendations and.... A GOOD DRIVER! We would absolutely use Pleasant Limo should we visit the area again! Definitely pleased with our experience.

The five star reviews are real.
I was suspicious of all the five star reviews on Yelp, but took a chance on them anyway.
We used them twice. Once for a pickup at the Amtrak station in Emeryville and the second from the hotel in SF at 4:30 AM (yawn) for an early flight at SFO. The service was excellent! Superb, actually. Both times.
They sent me text messages to keep me posted on pickup times, then another text to tell me the driver was already at the train station.

I have this thing about Ubering at night in a town that I am unfamiliar with. A five minute trip across town? Sure! But someone picking me up from the airport at 11pm, in a town I don't know, in the dark really freaks me out. What if they just whisk me away to never never land? No thank you! Thus I always use a car service with a great Yelp reviews so that I can have peace of heart knowing I am in trusted vehicle with trusted drivers. On top of that Ubers sometimes have a super stench, and my pregnancy nose CAN NOT handle anyone's lack of hygiene right now!

We were traveling for the first time with kids so we decided to do a limo service and would make our trek easier. We were picked up right at the airport and out driver instantly was willing to grab our bags while we put the kids into their car seats. Once we were driving, our driver Jesus was extremely friendly and was telling us the in's and outs of San Francisco. He gave us great tips of where to go and where to avoid. The Cadillac Escalade was extremely clean and everyone was extremely professional. If you ever travel to San Francisco, use this limo company. Thanks for making our trip start

Upon booking my trip to San Francisco I knew I wasn't renting a car. Yelp really helped me out finding a reputable car service to and from the airport. You can book online or call to make your reservation. They have lots of options as far as cars and limos. Since it was just the two of us, a limo wasn't necessary.
When arriving in SFO, they just need a quick call to let them know which number door you are waiting by. The suv was there within minutes. Our driver was very friendly and professional. There is also bottled water waiting for you inside
