This place should be condemned. Don’t ignore the awful reviews of this place there true. Day one we couldn’t even sleep in our apartment because there were so many roaches, we counted and killed 36 in 1 hour. The on site washers and dryers are never cleaned or worked on so our clothes have came back smelling like dogs with pet hair when we don’t have pets or covered in bleach stains from the last person. Also the washers/dryers are so old they never really wash your clothes or fully dry your clothes. To sum it up really old facilities, lack of maintenance, horrible pest problems, mean staff

I have been living with a roommate and changed into 2 apartments, both filled with roaches. I was also told that students are generally given the apartments which are less taken care of. This mean that we were paying whopping 1800 per month for a 1 BHK which was filled with roaches gushing from kitchen sink. The dumpsters were always full and foul smelling. Also, important thing to note is that the office staff was extremely rude at times. They would allow the 'PRIVILEGED CITIZENS' to party, drink and have a blast around common areas such as pools and jacuzzi but if it was 'OUTSIDERS/ non-citizens

Do not live here! I rented here for about 6 months and had to break my lease because of how bad it was. There are roaches **everywhere**. The other reviews regarding the bug problem are definitely not being exaggerated. It is convenient since the location is right across from CSUF, but the problems you will face are not worth it. The management will say that they do their best with providing pest control but this is not true. I had pest control come once and they lightly fumigated and laid down 2 traps. I had to spend hundreds of $$ to try and get rid of the problem myself and I promise you, no

I love this community, and living here so far has been super peaceful. I've lived in the two bedroom and recently changed to the one bedroom, and I have to say the space is laid out really nicely. The kitchen is definitely my favorite space, with tons of storage, and the appliances are well-maintained. Plus, the maintenance team is so responsive to my requests and always clean up after they finish the job. They're also really informative and are happy to explain the issue/what they're doing to fix it. They always arrive with a friendly smile, and respect your home the entire time. I've had the

We went to their leasing office for a possible rental. The woman in the office was disinterested, and dismissive in answering our questions simply because that didn’t have any apartments for rental. It seems like that when they are desperate for tenants they are nice and professional, however when there is no vacancy the professionalism is out of the door.

Working with this team at this property has been an amazing experience. As a college student myself, I would love to live in a complex like this. Even though there were some downsides, like the increase of trash in and around the garbage bins during the summer season, due to the move-out and move-ins, Balta and the rest of the maintenance team always responded fast to the issue and keep the cleanliness of the property until trash pick ups.

My daughter just moved in to start her senior year at Cal State Fullerton. The apartment is immaculate and has all new appliances and flooring. Great first floor location and you can literally see the school from her window. I think she is going to have a great experience here.

Cockroaches, ants, and maggots. To preface this: we kept the apartment clean. Our apartment was close to the dumpster which was almost always overflowing. The amount of maggots was absolutely disgusting. All over the ground by the dumpsters and even in the apartment. The roaches were worse. There are dead roaches on the carpet in the outdoor hallways. We found them (dead and alive) in our kitchen cabinets and drawers, in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Pest control can come once a week on Thursday and you just have to put your name down. Unfortunately we were not able to use the service because

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER EVER EVER. lived here for one year about to move out will NOT be renewing our lease. the cockroaches are absolutely insane especially during the summer time. The reviews you read about it are NOT exaggerating. there is not one day that goes by that you don't find a roach and if there's a dark corner you know you will see one there's the worst place ever the front desk staff are so rude and look at you as if they have seen a ghost or you are bugging them. The bugs are ridiculous and this place is a joke... do not move here you can find somewhere better

I never leave reviews but people deserved to be warned about this place. I turned 18 last year and this was my first apartment, and I have been nothing but disappointed in the whole experience. From day 1 I have had problems with bugs (roaches and water bugs). I proceeded to spend the whole year nagging the maintenance office to fix the problem. When I asked for them to inspect for holes they found gaping holes behind the stove, under the sink, the bathroom, and in the corners. Then it took them forever to seal only some of those holes and even now one month away from my one year lease being up

DONT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS!!
Unless you want to be distraught and ignored for your stay, and billed for BS.

This is the worst living experience I've ever had. Starting with the management team. Tamara was the last decent manager they had, at least she answered the phone and actually halfway listened. After Tamara left, they hired Kimberlyn and crew and oh my god, things just went all the way to hell after that. Kimberlyn is the most non responsive manager I've ever met, she's always "in a meeting" but isn't really doing anything except for hiding in her office

My 2BR/1BA is perfect for my roommate & I. We have not had any problems with insects or unruly neighbors. Everyone is friendly, including staff. Sometimes it does get more noisy on a friday night than during sat/sun but it's the start of alot of peoples weekend, no biggie. Plenty of parking surrounding my unit. Maintenance is helpful & they get the job done. I will recommend this place to anyone who's looking.

Absolutely would rate it below 1 star if I could. I lived here my second year of college and management was unresponsive with certain issues, but overall it was fine. The second year I lived here, upon moving in, there was a cockroach infestation. It took MONTHS to lower roaches from 30 a day to 1-2 a day. Yes the apartment offers spraying, but that was very minimal help. There were fleas as well in the apartment as soon as we moved in as well. None of my roommates and I had pets. When we had a cockroach bombing? We were required to exit the apartment for 24-48 hours and we had to find our own

!! MUST READ !!

This place gave me the WORST experience possible of renting my 1st apartment. Please choose anywhere else to live in the Fullerton area besides here. This is the worst apartment and you do not want to move in here. This whole apartment complex needs to be SHUT DOWN.

The unit was first given to us INFESTED with cockroaches. (Please see pictures). Not only that, the countertops were AWFUL and the place was just dirty in general. We had to DELAY our move in almost two weeks, and the cockroaches still remained in the apartment all year. What they give you to 'trap' the

I would definitely give this place 0 stars if I had the choice to do so.

Let me begin by mentioning why I chose to live in this complex. It was across school, and rent was between $550-$600/month with utilities for a two bedroom apartment. Sounds good right? Fits into most college students' budgets while attending CSUF. After looking at different complexes in the area, my roommates and I thought it would be worth it to not need to commute to school since the complex is right across school, and compared to the UH's (costs around $800/month), it seemed to be the best place to stay at for

The only redeeming qualities this complex has are its proximity to CSUF campus, decent amenities, and decently friendly staff. If this are your only requirements then it may be a good fit.

The ROACH PROBLEM is HORRIFIC. I am a total clean freak who kept my apartment pretty clean 24/7 and still had issues with roaches. Blinds are cheap and constantly falling off, leading to no privacy in your room. Maintenance usually takes forever to come solve the issue, just for the same thing to happen all over again. Stairs and hallways are always dirty throughout the year. Office was hard to contact throughout

EVERYTHING people are saying about this place is true. I moved here for graduate school because of it's proximity to CSUF. I saw a couple of negative reviews and thought it was probably just a few over dramatic people. Not true. This is literally the most horrible place I've ever lived.

There is a SERIOUS roach problem in this complex. Upon moving in we found roaches and were told they would "take care of it". UCAs definition of this is having you clear all of your cabinets and move your furniture every Thursday to have pest control spray for roaches. And it doesn't

I just want to give an update with the stellar services that UCA has been providing. Our heater has been acting up lately and following procedure and protocol, I submitted maintenance request on UCA resident site. Consequently, they came and fix it immediately. Unfortunately, it broke down again. I submitted another maintenance request and they came again, replaced broken parts and fixed it. The maintenance request submission took place several times and maintenance request came in to fix it several times, even on NYE and today. My heater is now fixed.I am grateful for the follow up Maria Penaloza

AVOID AT ALL COST. Apartment was loaded with COCKROACHES at move in even though it was "Move in ready" which stated in the contract. ROACHES were spotted in kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining area and bedroom. My wife is really allergic to COCKROACHES so we request to end our lease due to an INHABITABLE status. Other apartments by us also has the same problem of COCKROACHES. Our move in date was on July 10th, 2019 and we informed management on July 11th, 2019 of the COCKROACH
