Chiropractic health care helps millions of people each year. The goal of Chiropractic is to awaken your body's own natural healing ability by allowing the nervous system to function without interference. Interference in the normal flow of your nervous system is created by misalignments of the vertebrae, known as "subluxations".
Subluxations place your nervous system under stress. Bodies cannot heal as well when the nervous system is under stress. Chiropractors correct subluxations. Dr. Wolk specializes in a number of VERY gentle, low and non-force techniques for adjusting the spine. Dr. Wolk also adjusts extremities including feet, knees, shoulders, elbows, and wrists.

I've been getting treated by Dr. Wolk for longer than I can remember -- at least 10 years. She's taken care of me through multiple sports injuries and two pregnancies. I appreciate her gentle and holistic approach. She is generous with her knowledge and is delightful company (a nice bonus). I would recommend her without reservation.

I have many issues that have "plagued" my mind & body over the last couple of years and have lived with Migraine headaches for years now. I have had the numerous tests and exhausted every medical reason for my issues. Although thankful there were no serious findings for my issues, it left me frustrated. My sister referred me to Dr. Ellen Wolk over a month ago to see if she could help get to the route of some of my issues. Dr. Wolk has helped me with my migraines tremendously. I can now have good days and now Dr. Ellen is helping me understand what our bodies are telling us....Dr. Ellen is a very

Dr. Wolk Has helped me repeatedly over the years. I initially went to her with chronic headaches. I eventually was able to stop taking pain medication altogether. I swear that her adjustments improved breast milk production after my son was born. And she was able to relieve terrible nerve pain from carpal tunnel issues in my left hand and even met me for an emergency visit. As far as I'm concerned 5 stars is not enough.

A chiropractor wasn't a type of provider I thought I'd ever try--I couldn't imagine voluntarily having a stranger crack my back in wacky ways, no matter how much pain I was in! Fortunately, I discovered Dr. Wolk. She redefined what the entire field meant for me. I was pleased to learn that chiropractic could be gentle, intuitively-informed adjustments that would realign my body and help me feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I originally saw Dr. Wolk for misaligned pelvis/hips (clear leg length difference), which I attributed to a traumatic accident in my tweens. She

I am not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Wolk saved my life. She really did.
Several months ago, I was putting in a 3 hour, 120 mile daily commute, plus sleeping on an old mattress with divots. My husband and I at the time did not have the money to invest in a new mattress. Most times I was sleeping on our 'less broken' couch, which was still murder on my back.
Three days before Christmas of 2015, I bent down to get something out of our fridge, and I felt my lower back tighten up. By the time I got to work, I could barely walk and eventually had to be taken out of work on a stretcher

Dr. Wolk has helped me with everything from chronic back/neck issues to arthritic hand issues to occasional strained joint issues. She takes a holistic approach to good health...we have discussed the benefits of other practices (acupuncture, massage therapy, physical therapy, supplements, yoga, etc.) and she encourages without pressuring. I have been seeing her for many years and my aches and pains have melted away. I continue to see her weekly (15 minute visit) to maintain my health.

Doctor Ellen Wolk started adjusting me 20 plus years ago, not long before I chose to go to chiropractic school. She has a sure and gentle touch, and a really extensive knowledge in a field where you can easily get by with a good grasp of the basics.
She's kind, she's professional, and above all, she cares. I've seen her strive to give her patients the best care possible in a range of different situations, and she always impresses me with her gentleness.
Another strength of hers is to look at the big picture of what's going on with my body, so that something bugging my hip
