Make sure to read all of the one star reviews on google and yelp. I wish I had before going to the office. It is a profit driven business, not a medical care center. You will be pressured and coerced to spend more money than you agreed to and will be only cared for if you commit to a program that locks you in for long term care. Even if he takes your insurance he will ask you to pay additional fees after your co pay and will not treat you until you sign a contract promising him extra payment. This is unusual and not standard practice in the medical industry. The office DOES NOT follow safe COVID

I am very disappointed to be receiving a bill from Waltham Chiropractic 7 months after the last time I visited. I was told that my insurance was covered, and while I do understand it ultimately is on the customer to double check this, I gave them my copay each time and there was plenty of opportunity to let me know the insurance was rejecting the claims. A little truth and transparency goes a long way in a business, and I will not be trusting this clinic. I left a while back feeling uncomfortable during Covid due to the lack to social distancing in the clinic. I made the right decision, and now

I’ve been to many chiropractic clinics and clinical research studies for lower back injuries in my life due to a lower back injury from the military. This is by far the worst chiropractic clinic I have ever been to. I waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment. The environment is very unprofessional, as I was being treated the Doctor was telling the receptionists to have another patient do something, instead of giving his attention to the patient he was currently working on (me). There is minimal privacy (just privacy screens) there, I was being “worked” on in the open where I could

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Duffy. I had really bad neck and lower back pain for two years and saw huge improvements with only a couple of visits. I was expecting to need major back adjustments but it’s been mostly small adjustments and the use of this tool that lightly taps areas on your back. You might be skeptical but this method definitely works!
Also, I’ve seen some reviews that he tries to up sell you, but I’ve actually had the opposite experience. With the pain I had, I was convinced I would need an X-ray, which I was prepared to pay for, but he thought it wouldn’t be

I’ve been going to Dr. Duffy for back pain and neck pain since January and we’re now in April, and I already feel amazing. He completely loves what he’s doing, and takes complete care in what he does as well. He’s very outgoing and is wonderful at conversing. I would recommend him if I were anyone else. The next time I need chiropractic care, I will be coming back to Dr. Duffy.
