Dr. Pascarella is an Optometric Physician certified in the diagnosis and therapeutic managementof eye disease. He has been in practice for over 19 years in Bucks County, PA providing comprehensive eye care and expert contact lens fitting. Dr. Pascarella specializes in fitting contact lenses on the most challenging conditions of the eye.
We are excited to announce the addition of Dr. Jacqueline Burkhardt to our practice family! After completing her undergraduate studies in Biology and Pre-Medicine at Boston College, Dr. Burkhardt earned her Doctor of Optometry degree and graduated summa cum laude from the Illinois College of Optometry.
We use state-of-the-art diagnostic technologies combined with over 19 years of experience in eye care to provide the best eye examination available. A full medical history will be discussed to help target potential problems which may or may not be associated with the eye. Often, patients present without signs or symptoms of medical conditions and become aware based on findings during their eye exam.
Dr. Pascarella specializes in fitting contact lenses on some of the most challenging and difficult conditions affecting the eye. What makes a fitting difficult may be an irregular cornea or front surface of the eye. Conditions including keratoconus, irregular astigmatism, post-Lasik, refractive and strabismic amblyopia, and presbyopia can often create suboptimal vision.
Dr. Pascarella is trained in treating and managing ocular conditions including glaucoma, diabetes, macular degeneration, dry eyes and emergency eye care. Glaucoma is known as the "silent thief of vision" because it often goes undetected until later in life. Early diagnosis and close monitoring will help prevent permanent vision loss.

They prescribed the wrong glasses. When we complained, they corrected the error but were pressing us for an additional $49 dollar, whereas they should have refunded us for lenses we already purchased due to the wrong prescription.
Anybody can make mistake. You should acknowledge your mistake and compensate for the losses caused by your mistake.

Highly organized and friendly staff (I’m looking at you Justin...but we love them all!) Dr Pascarella is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He takes the time to answer all my questions and explains his reasoning behind his decisions. I always leave the office feeling confident in the care my family and I have received. After shopping for a few year for eye doctors, I can confidently say, I have found one. From the minute you walk in (and even over a call) until you leave, the treatment one receives is just exceptional. The front desk staff is so patient and pleasant (I wish more doctor's offices would have this exceptional staff!). Dr. Pascarella is thorough and well communicative. I can't think of going to any other place for my eyes.

Pascarella Eye Care is absolutely amazing! It is approximately a 30 minute drive for me and it is so worth it! I had a devastating cornea transplant and never was sure if I would see correctly again. Dr. Pascarella has brought my vision to the best it has ever been! (20/15) He truly cares about his patients and always has the best resources and technology to make sure you get the best vision possible, in the healthiest way. I fully trust his knowledge and expertise and that is definitely what I would call him, the vision expert! It was not an easy process for me to get where I am today in my vision

Looking for the best optometrist? You got one in Dr. Paul Pascarella. He is a remarkable doctor! He is exceptional in his craft & his bedside manner, superb! I trust ONLY him in taking care of my eyes.

I am so glad I started going to Dr. Pascarella! He is very nice and is helping me through an eye emergency! He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to really check my vision. Don’t worry, my eye will be fine. I know I’m well taken care of at this office! The staff is also super friendly and I love chatting with them! The office is tidy and clean with a nice selection of glasses.

Dr. Pascarella is very thorough and cares about his patients ability to see. He takes his time to know you and your vision. he has your best interest at heart all around. His staff is wonderful as well. Very friendly and caring and will answer any questions you may have. The office is very inviting and warm. This office is not a doctors office you will dread visiting.
