Went there for a cleaning . Was informed I had two cavities . The main dentist went on vacation and a gentleman stepped in to do the filling . After the filling I had to return a month later because of extreme pain in one of the teeth filled . They at that time gave me an x-ray told me it was normal and would fade . Another month passed and I was still in pain. Had another x-ray and this time they tell me it is abscessed and the filling was too close to the nerve. I wait a 3rd month in pain and they offered me the option of pulling the tooth or having a root canal . I get the root canal and then

Poor dental work. Never answers the phone. Have to call four time and never returns voicemails. Poor social skills. Messed my fill in up. Came in three times to get it fixed with no improved results. Every time I have came in, other people in the waiting room have told me how horrible they are and they will never come back. My two year old was held down and told he was being a very naughty boy by a dentist and how he was really misbehaving. We never saw him before. Older male denist that did not give his name or who he was, just came in like we were a waste of time. He pried my son’s mouth open

My first visit was awesome staff was very friendly and followed COVID-19 protocol and listened and addressed any concerns or special accommodations I needed durning visit. Dentist was very gentle and kind. I thank all staff for their hard work and dedication during these stressful times. My visit was a great experience and I look forward to the next one.

The waiting area was nice and clean. The appointment went well. My girls both had an appointment they both finished within an hour from entering the office to walk out. The only issue is I would have liked for the doctor or the doctors assistant to speak to me and let me know how the exams went and give me information instead of my kids telling me.

Working as a medical receptionist myself I know the type of conduct Doctors should expect from their staff .Bright Smiles will never have mine or my families business again. I will also tell other people the level of unprofessionalism displayed at this office. This office has shared dental rooms, and asked me to leave my 5 year old who was… medicated in a room with a grown man patient unattended. But in the same breath said that stranger could stay in the same room but me standing there was not allowed. Why is this office seeing pediatric patients if they do not allow parents to supervise

My grandma went to bright smiles at this location and the staff was very unfriendly and no one was wearing masks.Not even the staff.No sign on the door either saying they have to wear one before entering.Some people are not taking the governors orders to wear a mask seriously.It is state mandatory to wear one.The health of others should be more important to this facility.Unprofessional. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. So many other dentist in this town to go to.

This place is AWFUL!! They are very rude and don't care about the comfort of their patients! I had the worst experience with the entire office in 2019 but decided to give them another try. My experience this time was worse than before. Do yourself a favor and pick another office before you even make the mistake!
