Glad I decided to give this business another chance. Hugh turned out to be a very nice guy: punctual, prompt, and professional. Just how I like to do business.
I actually gave the business another try back in 2020. I originally planned to work with Jim again but found out he was no longer there. Hugh told me he would be happy to do my taxes instead, and I was amazed at how quickly we were done.
My 2021 visit was no exception. My appointment was promptly at 6:30 pm and I was back in my car 25 minutes later. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything to me in detail and
