At Unveiling Health, our mission is to provide quality, compassionate and professional in-home senior care in the Twin Cities, while simultaneously creating an energetic work environment that promotes both company and individual growth. Leadership: Unveiling Health strives to be a role model in the community by setting a standard of excellence in quality, business practices, and service.
We feel it is important to learn from the wisdom of our seniors and view it as a vital ingredient to societal growth. Client growth, leads to partnership growth (impacting both the company and its employees). This can also lead to community growth, by providing an opportunity for all partners to have a positive impact on our community and its youngest generation.
At Unveiling Health, we enjoy serving those who have served us! One important reason why this is dear to our hearts is because one of our Founders served in the armed forces, and wants to give back to those fellow service members. As part of this service, we provide Veterans, and retired Police Officers, Fire Fighters, and others who have given their service to our country reduced rates.
At Unveiling Health, we strive to provide in-home senior care services that fit the needs of each individual Partner. For this reason, we can create customized long term care plans to fit each client's needs, and provide the services required on a set schedule. We can also provide specialized care for Alzheimer's, dementia, and other disabilities, and can provide 24/7 live-in care if needed.
This care plan focuses on having a care plan in place that may not be needed at the time, but if respite care that involves services consistent with long term care is needed, we can provide it immediately. Our Peace of Mind care plan lets our Partners have a plan in place for long term care, even if it's not needed at the present time.
