I really, really wanted to love this salon. never busy, very few customers..... easy peasy. i had 2 or 3 past appts... they went okay... a little ouchy here and there. but yesterday's appt was the worst!!! i do not know the elder lady's name. she had done my pedicure (only- no nails) the past 2-3 times. THIS WAS THE WORST!!
to start: as she was doing my cuticles with those little cutters- she cut so deep in to and pulled skin out of one of my nails. i was bleeding!!! when she was de-callousing- she literally tore skin off to the point of bleeding!!!

Ms. Jenny understood the assignment. For YEARS I have been rushed out of chairs (even though I tip well) because I don’t get the expensive services and always leave dissatisfied. For the first time someone took good care of my feet and treated me like any other paying customer. I expected to be in and out in 10 minutes because I was getting a regular pedicure with no color, but Jenny took the time to get out every ingrown and hang nail in sight. I've been coming here for 5 years, Lisa is amazing! At first I started coming here for my lashes. She does such a great job. She uses a great quality glue and customizes the lash length to my eyes. I also get my manis and pedis here. The salon is very clean and also has hundreds of color options. The salon is well taken care of and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

This was my first time getting acrylics EVER. I was so excited to get them done but I was very let down. My full set took about 30 minutes, which is pretty short for an acrylic set. My nail tech did a super bang-up job and left me bleeding on my thumb and gave me crooked nails! (See pics) There was nail glue that dried on the side of one of my fingers too, and not to mention she didn’t even touch my cuticles! I expected her to do a quality job, pay attention to detail, and make my first time a good one so that I would come back. After I told her that it was my first time, she charged me $40,

Came once and will never come in here again. Came in, nobody acknowledged me. Sat for like 10 min before a lady who was sitting down on her table watching something on her phone decided to ask me if I needed helped after awkwardly making eye contact about 3 times before she decided to say something. Got short acrylic nails and added silver foil to my ring fingers, which were put so horribly on my nails. I paid a total of $46 tip not included for what I would usually pay for long coffin nails.

Came here with my girlfriend last Wednesday for us to get pedicures and unfortunately I got athlete's foot from the footbath for my pedicure!
I'm glad she didn't get it. Both of our nails came out great. That's the only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1. I've gotten at least 8 or 9 pedicures in my entire life at other places and this has never happend to me before.
They need to change the filter or at least use clean towels. It seemed like there was an easy amount of room for cross contamination to occur.
Proceed with caution!

Favorite place to get my nails and eyebrows done. The nail techs there are always very attentive and constantly checking back with me to see if they are exactly how I like them. They have a variety of shades and styles. I've yet to get my lashes done at this location but whenever I see other ladies come in for their lash service..they always look flawless. Haven't tried a new nail place since coming here!

If you want to keep new clients, do not give them the least experienced nail tech in your establishment. Pedicure = 45 mins, acrylic fill with gel polish = 1.5 hours. all my cuticle are cut and the length of my nails are uneven in thickness & length. Both owners were fully aware & did nothing to intervene or compensate me for my distress. Please train your people better.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon after a bad experience at a different location. This salon was so comfortable. May, who did my nails was very gentle and took her time! I got a gel manicure and pedicure! She did a wonderful job! So worth the money and time spent there. I'll definitely be back! My new favorite nail place!

Horrible!! I came in to get a fill with gel. When she was drilling my nails, she burned me 4 times... 2 to the point I actually pulled my hand away!! It hurt so bad. I told her it was hurting and she did it again!! I almost got up and asked someone else to do it (since she's clearly terrible at it) but the only other person there was busy with another client. Length... I asked for half the length and she barely touched them... 35 mins later, they were at the length I wanted!! Had she listened the first time, it would have taken 10-15 mins max (like most people take). The gel polish I wanted

I came here on a whim to get my eyelashes done and I don't think I will ever go to another place. Lisa is phenomenal at her job. Not only are her prices reasonable but she is quick at what she does. She really takes the time to make sure that your eyelashes are done right. She is my all time favorite eyelash technician.

Overall, I am not satisfied with my nails. There was poor customer service. I made an appointment for 4 but I wasn't helped until after 5. In addition to that, the towel used to clean my hands were used on a previous customer. I will not be coming back here due to the poor quality of my nails and poor service. The only good thing about my experience was the woman who did my nails. She was very sweet but she lacked experience and professionalism.

I called in advance to make an appointment for 2pm and it is 2:25 and no one has helped me. There is someone getting their nails done, two girls came in after me and have been helped for waxing. As lovely as my lashes look after getting my extensions done I will no longer be getting them redone. I had voiced my concern to Lisa that I noticed my real lashes coming out with the extensions that would fall off she told me it was nothing to be worried about and that I would not be damaging my own lashes so I foolishly believed her and went ahead with my fill instead of getting them removed.
