I have always come to this place and every time it's different but this last time OMG amazing they have a new worker her name is Jenny and she did amazing on my nails and took her time. I also felt like she took good care of me and made me happy . I will totally come back and get my nails with Jenny !

I'm going to start this off like a lot of other posts with saying I never write reviews. But I've been to originails about five times and they have never not delivered the best service. I have lived in San Diego my entire life and have been to multiple salons from Oceanside to downtown and I can confidently say Originails is one, if not the best I've been to. I normally work with Kim who is phenomenal and will listen to all the details you ask for. She will always give you her expert opinion and best advice. But truly any technician at the salon is fantastic. They are kind, welcoming

After having a gel manicure, I had to go back on 2 occasions to fix the sloppy job done. The first time it was the owner, Michelle who did my nails, she did not charge me for the fixings. However, the 2nd time I had to pay $5 for 2 nails. The workers constantly talk loud with one another in Vietnamese without respect to their customers. Michelle (owner) treats her African American customers with less respect than she does her white customers. Her toilet is often dirty and at one time no toilet paper! There are many decent and friendly nail salons to choose, my friends and I promised to never go

I was a walk-in and waited less than 10 minutes. I came around 5 pm.
The place is a little small but it was clean. Staff all wore masks. The ladies were friendly and the service was quick and good quality. As if the date of this review it has been 18 days since the service and my gel nails are still looking decent- no chips!
There was no push for an up sale after I rejected an offer.
Reason for not 5 stars is that I was not offered anything to drink although I was in the back next to the wine, water and soft drinks. I had to ask for something to drink. And I was unsure if the chairs were massage

I will not be coming back here! Horrible customer service. I walked in to notify them that the phone had been off the hook and was unable to make a connection to make an appointment. I waited 2O+ minutes and she tells me after the fact that I need to make an appointment. Helllo...I couldn't'!

Very happy with how my nails turned out today and honestly very good price for acrylic full set + gel + french tip = $50. seemed to be a little confusion in the beginning with what I wanted but ultimately everything turned out pretty nice

I called 30min before the were about to close and they took me in. The gel manicure experi was amazing! I came back the next day for a pedicure with the same gal that did my manicure. My feet feel amazing and absolutely loved her attention to detail. It is slightly more pricey than the previous salon I've been to, but it is very worth it! Vicky is awesome. I will definitely be coming again.

So I read the reviews and most of them are bad, but I gave it a try just because it's one block away from my house. But stay away from this place. I don't like to do bad reviews, but they deserve this one. I came to remove an acrylic nail and a pedicure, they told me you can't do that, even tho I had it done lots of times. So they end up trying to remove it and they didn't remove it all. So nail was still with acrylic, they did a pedicure in less than 10 minutes. They never even show me the menu of which one I wanted. They were just rushing to see more clients. Massage was 30

I have been going to another nail salon in PB for 5 months and every time was displeased. My friends go there and love it so I kept going back giving them the benefit of the doubt. I had switched from getting acrylics to dip (they talked me into it) and there were errors every time. Cuticles bleeding, bumpy, breaking often, haphazardly shaped. Came here with a friend, the staff were super nice to us when we walked in. Once we were sat down and told them we wanted a classic pedicure (saying no to all their other offers), they completely changed their mood. My nail lady was on her phone half the time, she massaged my feet for barely 2 minutes and my polish was done so sloppy. When they were done, they left and didn't come back for about 15 minutes to put sandals on and show us how to pay. Will never go back to this place ever again.

What is the point of scheduling an appointment several days in advance if I show up and have to wait over 15 minutes. I asked if it would be much longer and they said soon...another 10 minutes. Why should I wait over 25 minutes when a pedicure only takes 30 minutes. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Had a really nice afternoon pedicure here! The nail tech was friendly and I didn't feel like the pedicure was rushed. We got the Deluxe Natural Pedicure, it included a callus scrub, hot stone massage, and multiple lotion rubs. The polish looks smooth and the cuticles were nicely trimmed. My best friend lives right down the street, so we will definitely be back!
Colors- TONS of gel and dip colors. Also a lot of regular polish options :)

Love this place and the name always makes me giggle haha I use to live across the street and that's how I discovered it but now I've moved farther away and still always come here when I get my nails done
They do gel, and chrome, and ofcourse your regular pedicure and manicure. The prices are good in my opinion, especially with the customer service you get. Michelle, Holly and Lynn are so great and always make you feel welcomed!

My little sister and I got our nails done towards closing , she was extremely generous and so so sweet about staying to do both full set nails!! She does a wonderful job , and her shop is so so clean! Love the vibes inside here , and they have sooo sooo many colors to choose from! Ombre powders galore!!!
