If you are reading this, then it is likely that you or someone you love is experiencing something that you need help with, or maybe you have something that needs to change and you are seeking to find out how to change. Welcome to Infinite Hope Counseling, PLLC. My name is April Brantley and I offer professional counseling services to teens and adults.

Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy-the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.
Services
April is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (A14516) and is also a Board-Certified Telemental Health provider in the state of North Carolina. Having worked in the counseling profession for over two years, her passions include working with individuals to find hope and healing within their deepest pain and grief.
In therapy I love to utilize both traditional and creative methods and techniques to help you reach your goals. Therapy does not have to be just talking. It can include a plethora of other styles and techniques. Because each individual is different, each treatment plan will involve a unique set of therapies involved because not one size fits all.
Through telemental health services, we are able to provide psychological counseling and support over the internet through video conferencing. Telemental health has been shown to be just as effective as in-person therapy, and can be done from the comfort of your own home! Telemental health services are useful for individuals who cannot leave their home, who work unconventional hours, or who live in remote or rural areas.
Do you worry about work constantly when you're at home, or feel anxious and tense even about small events? Is your mind riddled with a powerless sense of imminent danger, a place where rising panic can be difficult to quell? These signs and symptoms are common in those suffering from a medical condition called anxiety disorder.
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, at least 1 in 5 adult Americans experience a mental illness, with nearly 10 million living with a severe mental illness. Approximately 21.5 million Americans face a substance use disorder every year. Millions more report suffering from low self-esteem.
