Receptionist has been arguing with us about billing issues for months, told us to rip up a bill several times that had been paid on site. They have cancelled my appointments hours before and cancelled my appointments day of and have cancelled an appointment on the spot without calling me prior ( I own a business and was working out of my car for 2 hours to be able to be in town for this appointment). I structured my entire day around these appointments and I am already mentally disabled and minority that has been harassed and discriminated against while living in NC for the past 8 months and the

All of the therapists at this agency truly care about their clients. The office staff are friendly and very accommodating. I was worked into their schedule very quickly and I am being seen by a wonderful therapist. I would HIGHLY recommend Simplicity Counseling.

We love Ms. Lynn and Mr. Michael. The whole staff is very friendly. I am very picky I checked around and met on my own with several. This is the place and the people you can trust and have your kids best interests at heart.
