I have been going to this dentist for about 2 years. This review is for the Tucker, GA location. However, today's experience was horrible. I enjoyed this office because the dentist does not try to upsell you on additional products.
1. The dentist office has stopped sending reminder email/text to remind patients of their appointment. I had to call to verify my appointment date and time.
2. I got a call at 3:01 pm reminding me of my appointment at 3 pm. I was literally in walking in the building. I got inside and was told to wait.
After waiting about 30 minutes, I requested to wait outside the

The first visit last week was nice, although the compressor was broken and we had to reschedule my routine cleaning. The dental assistant was polite and asked me about my concerns and made note of it. When I came back for my cleaning I didn't have the same dental assistant, she was nice and the cleaning went fine but when the dentist came in to check, there were no questions, no "what are your concerns"?, he just looked in my mouth and without asking me about my history was very short and rushed. My experience here was the best I got in and out. They told me what the problem was and they rescheduled me for another appointment the following week so I can get it taken care of. This is the best place I have ever been to everybody is friendly and it was all smiles nobody was upset I really like that about this place.
