Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company at the time you report your accident. Just jot it down and bring it in with you when you come in to begin the repair process, we will do the rest.
We generally order your vehicle's parts at the time that we write the estimate and schedule your vehicle for drop-off a couple of days later unless your vehicle is found unsafe to drive, then we would help you arrange for a rental vehicle as soon as possible.This enables us to provide quicker turnaround time.

My car was towed to this business after 9pm on Saturday night. Our insurance requested that we have the vehicle taken to a different place of business, and when we called to authorize them to release it, we found out that they charge $35/day for storage and store by DATE. So even though they had my car less than 48 hours, we paid for THREE DAYS of storage. Then the office assistant hung up on my husband. That seems unethical and like bad business practices. I would never recommend doing business with this company.
