Paintless Dent Repair is the method in which dents and door dings, Hail and minor collision damage in which the paint has not been damaged can be removed without losing the original factory painted surface. This process was developed for type damage of vehicle doors from shopping cart dings, fallen tree branches, etc - and even hail damage!
It's your car, your choice! We recommend you select a repair shop that will be an advocate for you, the vehicle owner. One who uses manufacturer recommended repair procedures and parts. This assures the repairs are done based on approved repair methodology of your vehicle manufacturer. We understand the importance of returning your vehicle to you.
Ask if technicians are trained or certified. If body technicians, painters, office staff, and even the detail person that cleans your car are trained, it means they have attended a course or series of courses on Auto Collision Repair. Businesses with trained personnel are likely to display these and other certificates or diplomas in the customer waiting area.
Move the vehicle out of the traveled roadway, if it is clear, safe and legal. In some states it is against the law to move the vehicle from the place where the accident occurred. Check the ordinance in your area. Make a quick diagram of where the vehicle occupants were seated and indicate the vehicles' direction of travel and lane.

I would not use anyone else but the metal medic for all my auto body repair. They'll give you an honest bid and timeline. Your vehicle will not sit for days waiting to get the next opening. They'll tell you when to drop it off and start. Bar none they are the best I have dealt with for the past 15 years. Their service will disappoint you time, work and quality !Just picked up my expedition and it looks fantastic !
