The Silver Valley is home to the world's largest silver deposits and auto dealer and the Northwest's best skiing and bicycling. A special place like this deserves a property management company that cares for the people and property of this wonderful corner of the world with passion, dedication and trust.
The Team at Zapple Property Management strives to do just that. Our business model is built upon unmatched service, innovation, honesty and trust. Next we assembled a team of prompt, friendly licensed property managers and staff that are as professional and hardworking as any in the business. Then we purchased the most modern, easy to use, safe and efficient software system/website in the world (powered by Appfolio).

Services
Zapple was founded with a desire to create a company that would treat owners, tenants, properties, vendors and the community with old-fashioned honesty and roll-up-your-sleeves hard work. But we wanted this company to also provide a menu of services as modern and efficient as any company in America.
To have great tenants we need to take great care of our tenants. That's easy for us because we do want you to have a positive living experience working with Zapple. We always treat you with respect and we appreciate you choosing Zapple. You pay your rent on time. You take care of your rental unit. You are a good neighbor.
At Zapple we get it; we really do. We treat your property exactly the way we treat ours. Furthermore, we communicate clearly and directly with you. You will also notice that we serve all kinds of Owners and Investors. So whether you have a single home to rent, or an apartment complex we've got you covered.
Zapple looks forward to adding Vacation Property Management to our menu of options available for both our Silver Valley Owners and Renters. You can expect to see our same passion and devotion to exceptional service with Vacation Properties starting in late fall 2014. Good things come to those who wait.

Do no ever rent from Zapple Property Management. The Owner, Glen, and Apartment Manager, Kari, in Kellogg are rude, not professional and do not keep their promises.
They make promises to provide services, they charge for those services for a year, and even if you have documentation stating they would provide those services, the services are never included. Calls were made four tims to Kari to get these services fixed and Kari would make excuses or never call back.
They charge a cleaning fee when moving out, even though the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and inspected by Kari herself, so that

I don't recommend renting from them. They charge a $30 mystery fee for "utilities" on top of rent, while you also have to pay Avista for electric. BTW, the heat and stove are electric. Their ads on Zillow advertise a working ATM in the building as an amenity. This ATM has been out of order for over a year and still isn't working. If you call and complain about the idiot drug addicts they rent to and their constant fighting and noise, they do nothing. Worse, they say "if you don't like it you can leave." My neighbor also received this response from Zapple when
