This place will only take your money and not process your application, not return your call, and not refund your application fee ... Like many other management places. I have an attorney who is helping me fight this and get some fees back. This is the place we will go after next. They said they called my previous renter, my previous renter said they did not. So dishonesty is not very attractive trait in a property Management company.

Owner Ryan and company can take on most any property and situation, from low rent to high end houses, of which I have both and can tell you there are problems to manage with all. Right now VIP manages around 30 apartment tenants living in affordable housing for me, not the easiest task and I can't imagine anyone else pulling it off like they do. VIP has that heightened ability to be firm yet understanding. Negative reviews here are likely from tenants making minor issues major, expecting immediate results, as I've witnessed many times. I'm compassionate and want to help people but in the housing

If I could give negative stars, I would. SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK. Whoever answers the phone is really unprofessional and annoying. We have every conversation recorded with them saying things like " why are you pissed off?" And "oh I took down that post and changed it".... Referring to it's availability AFTER we already paid and applied. Now property say not available.... Even the so-called "manager" said he would call us back and NOTHING! We are going to have to make a police report because they don't want to bother to try to get our money back to us! Such
