I enrolled my son at Casa dei Bambini at the recommendation of a Speech and Language Pathologist in Palo Alto. The clinic specifically recommended Casa dei Bambini as a preschool with an educationally-focused teaching staff and with a more formal, active, and stimulating program. My son was working through some developmental delays - particularly in speech - when I enrolled him at Casa dei Bambini. I was looking for a program where my son would be able to thrive. While the Casa dei Bambini program is not specifically designed for students with delays, it made a 180 degree change for the better

We have 2 children at CdB and this is their second year in the program. Our oldest started in primary and the youngest started in the 2's program. As an affluent African American family here in the Peninsula- we have had an AWESOME experience so far at Casa. The teachers really do care and take into account each child as an individual. They cater the program to how your child learns best versus forcing curriculum on them. Our oldest is 4 and is not only articulate and confident, but is also bringing home books to read to us each week, speaks basic French and Spanish to us, sings a myriad of

My son just graduated Casa after attending for 3 years. He entered as a 2 year old incapable of doing anything. But he graduated as a social, intelligent, well rounded individual. This is due to dedicated staff at Casa.
All staff are warm and pays individual attention to students. I am forever grateful for influence the teachers have had on my son. Although we've moved onto Kinder, we feel to be part of Casa forever.
Highly recommend Casa for any child.

Wow I can't believe there are not more reviews of this school!

Our son has been going to Casa since he was 2 years old and he is just starting his 4th year there as a 5 yr old. (Casa has a small kindergarten program so your child can go directly into 1st grade).

There are so many great things to say about Casa. Everything about the school is extremely thoughtful and purposeful. The clean, organized peaceful environment that Casa creates allows children a wonderful place to focus, learn and grow. You will not find unruly kids here running around screaming and acting crazy. It's noticeable

Casa dei Bambini is absolutely fantastic! My daughter has attended from 20 months to almost 5 years old. We moved from the East Coast and were looking for a school with warm loving teachers, a nurturing environment and a place for her to grow and be herself. Casa has been exceptional for her and she has made so many friends, developed strong academic foundation and participated in multiple multicultural activities. I would recommend this place to all parents as the kids are happy, teachers are happy and parents are happy!

I cannot sing the praises of Casa dei Bambini (CdB) more loudly. We moved here from Maine for a one-year sabbatical, and we had selected another Montessori school (Montessori School of Los Altos), which ended up being a disaster for our daughter and for us due to the poor judgment of the Director about children's safety, inappropriate communication with parents, and general unprofessionalism. Other parents (also concerned about that school's practices) directed me toward Casa dei Bambini, and after meeting with the school's amazing director Sandra Balzaretti, I realized that it

Both of my children attend Casa dei Bambini and they love it. The teachers are warm, caring and patient, and the atmosphere at the school is familial. We have been delighted by how much our son has learned in the few months he has been attending CdB - his interest in letters and numbers has skyrocketed and his vocabulary and knowledge of science and the world around him has multiplied. Our daughter constantly sings songs she learns in her classroom and has a big smile on her face every morning as she gets ready to see her teachers and friends. My husband and I are truly delighted to have found

After visiting numerous Montessori programs in the Palo Alto/Menlo Park area, we were most impressed by the director and teachers at Casa Dei Bambini, as well as the strong curriculum. Our daughter has attended Casa for over a year in the pre-K program and we have seen her blossom under the strong guidance of her teachers.
