Jenny Brunet and Cool Mountain Realty was a lifesaver for me during a whirlwind time in my life. After a 2 year long procrastination process, due to separation and divorce and the death of my mother, I was in much need of getting my house sold. Since we had already moved to another state, this included coordinating renovations and repairs and making cosmetic improvements which we were very pleased with.
