We've had experience with home builders. This is the 5th home we have built. What sets Buchanan apart from other home builders is their commitment to the client when things go wrong. We had things go "wrong." No fault of the builder. However Rick and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a well built quality home. The quality workmanship and commitment to doing it right the first time was evident. A lot of companies can build a nice home. It's what they do in the process and after move-in that really shows good integrity. We found just that with Buchanan Construction.

We initially met Rick at a Tour of Homes event in The Ramble, when we were considering purchasing a lot and building. We had just started thinking about it and the process seemed like it might be hard and intimidating. But, meeting Rick was the best thing that could have happened. We were impressed with the Tour home he built, and we liked a lot of the design features- things that we were really looking for. Our favorite was the "football porch" and the kitchen. Rick gave us some reassuring advice, he even gave us some great tips on which lot to purchase based on the things we wanted (i.e. no basement

We had a very good experience building our new home with Buchanan Construction. The finished result exceeded our expectations. Everyone at Buchanan was great to work with and special thanks to Clay and Madison for all their efforts in ensuring our home turned out exactly as we wanted. Throughout the process, the Buchanan team really listened and delivered on our vision for the house even when that meant making changes as we went along. They were also very responsive in quickly resolving any of our punch list items after we moved in. We're really happy with our new home and would definitely recommend

We had a very good experience with Rick Buchanan and his staff. They built our dream home and made the process enjoyable. They were very professional and always kept us in the loop. They are knowledgeable about construction and care about quality and attention to detail. They were responsive to our calls and questions and genuinely nice people to work with. I spoke with several different contractors in the early stages and the minute I got off the phone with Rick, I knew I had found my builder. Many thanks to Rick, Jason and Clay for making our dream house a reality!
