With this in mind, we set out to offer living accommodations to low income families that would measure up to and exceed the accommodations offered at full market rents.

Rental Management, Inc. markets vacancies by whatever means that have proven effective, including: ads in the print media, classified ads in major search engines, and online classifieds.
The Washington Plaza Apartments offer families a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment with features that include an onsite Community Learning Center, after school study program for children, neighborhood watch program, central heat & air, laundry facility with keyed access, courtesy patrol, basketball court, and food pantry.
LOCATION: Casa Retirement Center is nestled among scenic Highway 10 between Ola and Perryville. Casa is a small community with quiet surroundings.
