I haven't rented a property yet . However, looking forward to it . I spoke to Kim very polite and professional . Very inviting as well . I like that she made me feel important and gave me options due to unavailabilty due to my work demand . So so far so good . I would definitely tell my friends and family .

I was pleased with the quality of apartments shown for leasing. I am a professional woman, excellent credit with a good paying job. I needed an apartment to stay in while I teach at UAFS during the week. Managment would not even let me look at apartments because I was not a potential long term renter. I was willing to take 1 year lease. But the rude lady on the phone would not even consider my request. I suggest to owners that this place is causing you to Lose tenants, not secure or keep them. BEWARE

Kimberly is extremely rude. They will try to get you to sign leases with incorrect information. They charge ridiculous fees. $50 application fee and a $40 processing fees. I have never heard of such an expensive application fee for apartments that rent for less than $600?? I would not recommend working with this management group.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. They never came for any maintenance issues, rude, the duplex smelt like cat pee when we first moved in and was a hassle to get them to change the carpet for suitable living conditions. When my 1 yr lease was ending Kim Newell would give me 15 minutes notice before she would show my place to potential tenants. Would not recommend anyone renting from investors property management. Terrible customer service

My son lived in one of the apartments for over a year. We found the staff at the office and in the maintenance department to be very nice, responsive, and professional. We received our entire deposit back when moving from the property. We did, however, leave the apartment in EXCELLENT shape.... everything cleaned, nail holes filled, scuffs touched up (paint was provided upon request!) Would highly recommend.

I previously rented with IPM and they were nothing short of amazing. After a little over a year of not being with them, I decided to go back and rent with them because they were so good to me. All of the ladies at the office are incredible, and Kim went above and beyond for me to make sure I could get the place that I wanted. They are great to rent from.

I moved into my duplex on April 6, 2018, and vacated on May 24, 2019 due to family needing assistance. I loved my duplex!! The maintenance gentlemen was awesome. Any time I needed something looked at, it was done within hours. The office ladies were always very nice. I only moved out due to helping my son and daughter in law. I would have continued to stay there for at least a few more years. It really was a very good place to live.
