This business is not what it seems by any stretch of the imagination. I prepaid days for an aide to take care of myself and then kept receiving charges on my cc well after the services were finished. They advertised themselves as a "white glove" home care service when one aide actually woke me up when I was sleeping to go out to dinner with friends. I believe this is nothing more than a scam and I will be reporting this company immediately . I pity the elderly who cannot account for their finances and are being over charged.

I would definitely recommend Affirmed Home Care. My mother required home care after surgery. The case worker was so knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. The aides were reliable, caring and capable. The support I received from the people at Affirmed helped me through a very difficult time.

My father in law recently required home care, something my family and I were completely unfamiliar with plus we live out of state while he resides in Westchester. We relied upon the hospital social worker to guide us. Lucky for us she referred him to Affirmed. Saying that we were pleased is an understatement. Affirmed treated him with the respect he deserves and gave us the reassurance we needed. I would recommend Affirmed to anyone looking for exemplary home care.

Affirmed was so so so accommodating to all of my family's needs. My grandfather was taken care of by the most amazing care taker. They also changed the level of care as he needed.
