The folks at Audi Modesto really made me feel welcome, and understood. All the steps to the service on my A3 were clearly laid out, and explained. Pulled up for a oil change yesterday morning and got the whole Audi Modesto experience. My service writer Sean met me at my door already starting the process, showing me how serious these guys are. After we had gone over the specifics of my service he answered some questions I had being a first time Audi owner. I had the best experience purchasing our vehicle at Modesto Audi, Cisco was our salesman and he is a genuine guy, excellent customer service, he had my family in and out of the dealership in such a short time with exactly the vehicle we were looking for. I have been looking statewide for an Audi E-tron and by chance came across the gem hidden on the outskirts of Modesto. I sent an email via Cars.com and was immediately contacted by Eddie Ortega from this dealership. He took the time to understand my needs and worked diligently to figure out how he could get me the best deal possible. After some back and forth it looked like I would not be able to purchase the car I wanted but Eddie did not give up. Racquel was so great doing most of the work ahead, and is extremely knowledgeable and nice. Jeff the sales manager made a point to meet me and had genuine care and interest in my purchase. My husband and I have been scouring the difficult used car market for a car for our 16 year old daughter for some time. My husband found a car online at the Audi dealership. After being hesitant to go check it out for a few days we did. Nick, our salesman, was fantastic! He doesn't act like a car salesman at all, he was kind, down to earth, respectful, allowed us our time to talk. Overall the polar opposite of the used car salesmen we had encountered at other lots.
I would take a 1/2 star away for the dealership. Because we wanted to pay cash and they wouldn't take a personal check,

I purchased my SQ5 from here. The customer service was great from Jaime Zamora my Audi specialist. He was very helpful and explain to me everything in the process of my purchase. To him, I give 5 stars!
The financial person was also clear and fast in the process which was great too, in the past I took forever signing a paper and waiting in this part.
But I am giving 4 stars because of the answer that the G. manager I "Think" gave after I asked him how they could repair something wrong in the door of a CPO car, this is why I ended with another car. His answer was very unprofessional

My husband made the reservation to test drive in Audi. This was our first test drive in the whole car shopping process. Upon arrival, the team members knew exactly what we were here for and connected us with Jamie to help with the test drive. Jamie was very courteous and laid back. It was a lovely drive that we had . Nice building.. super helpful and friendly service department staff. The service manager left me feeling unsure of if my vehicle would be supported by Audi under warranty. I unfortunately have a Tdi left over from the diesel gate scandal. Although Audi promised that those vehicles would remain under warranty... the tree e is a difference between a new vehicle and how you are treated for warranty work and a Tdi vehicle by the service manager. I felt strongly enough to arrange for my vehicle to be towed to Livermore for service based on their policy and confidence that the work could be completed

Took a diagnostic test drive with the lead mechanic. Mechanic confirmed the vehicle has issues.
The culprit appears to be bad "bushings".
Team extraordinarily professional.
Not going to rush the fix. Asked Audi to aggressively test drive the vehicle before releasing it again.
Just want my 4.0T A8 to be delivered running as if new.
Heads up!:
If you own a beautiful A8, make sure you tell anyone wearing a diamond ring to be careful opening the door.
The diamond will scratch the inside door handle!

Went to Audi Modesto and purchased a car just a couple of days ago. The process was easy, and the buying experience was pressure and hassle free. Our sales person, Nick, was excellent, courteous, and worked around our busy work schedule to show us the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and we will be back for future purchases.
