After experiencing bad customer service at an auto shop I decided to take my Lexus here for a 2nd opinion. Let me tell you I'm really glad I did. I can't express to you enough how amazing the customer service was here. They were very friendly and helpful. Actually send you a video(body cam)to your phone to show a detailed inspection on your car. Plus they even take you out into the shop to actually show you in person what they found from the inspection and a tech is there to explain it to you. All my years taking my cars into auto shops I've never experienced that. Hopefully it's okay to mention

It is a pleasure to visit the Valley Lexus dealership. Meeting Mary, in the parts department was the high-light of my day. Elena Flores gave an outstanding customer service experience making sure that me and my car are well taken cared of. She helped me with tire purchase and replacement a few weeks ago and kept me informed or updated as to the progress. A few days ago, my car suffered a minor scratch so I had to call the service department once again. Once again, Elena came to the rescue and had me bring my car on that same day, faster than I thought. I was in the market for a new 2021 Lexus IS for the wife so we took a trip down to Valley Lexus in hopes of seeing what she wanted white on red IS 350 but with everything goin on with COVID stock is pretty low almost everywhere we where greeted by Tim Cope let me tell you we have been to dealerships before and I know how salesman can be pushy and putting pressure not Tim he asked if there was anything in particular we where looking for and we told him he goes and checks and we where in luck there was one on a truck on its way the rest is history I highly recommend if your in the market for a good

My relationship with Valley Lexus started off bad with an unpleasant experience. I posted a review on Yelp and the next day, the owner Ryan Fitzpatrick contacted me and we ended up touching base. I called for an appointment for our 2nd service (10,000 mile oil change etc.) This is a busy place, but I was scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting room is comfortable & the service was relatively fast. A very nice perk is the fact that they wash & dry the car & do a really nice job which is better than a full service car wash.
Normally, they have cookies, several types of cold drinks & some good coffee. Understandably, this is unavailable due to Covid-19.
