If you are choosing to have your loved one buried, there are several ways we can help you customize a service that fits your needs. A simple burial service would include immediate burial in your cemetery. Now, in between these two options we can customize a service to fit your needs.
Whether it would include having the funeral in one day with calling hours in the morning, a ceremony in the church or funeral home, and burial in the cemetery of your choice, or just having a service directly in the cemetery, our goal is to help you create a personalized service that best fits your needs.

Staff members of Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals. They understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of licensed funeral directors. Brent grew up in East Barre, VT, graduating from Spaulding High School in 1966.
The Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home was carefully designed over one level to best accommodate the families we serve. With the increased demand for services in the funeral home, a 1,500 square foot chapel was added in 1988 with seating for 100 people. Our facility features a high quality sound system, large screen monitor to display family photos, and extra seating for large services.
