I went here a couple of days ago. I made appointments for my sister and I about 30 minutes apart. I go to get a full set gel and a plain blue color and I was charged $76 for. Then the man doing my nails was a little pushy and rude. Then, my sister came in 15 minutes early she was told to sit and she never got helped after the fact and 3 people who came in after her got helped and seated. I've never had a bad experience at a nail salon but this one was definitely my first and last time coming

Got my nails done basically last week to go on a trip and noticed that there is a small hair and fibers in the nail. Each time I look closely at them I keep noticing different things that are stuck inside and it makes me wonder if the brush was dirty or the powder :/. I’ve gone here multiple times and have always paid a lot for their services but I always received subpar customer service. The last time I went , which was some months before me coming back, the guy that did my toes wasn’t very welcoming and argumentative. Tammy the technician made the visit simple and comfortable. They were already busy with people as soon as their doors open. That tells you something. Even with no appointment I was accommodated. Found this place after my nail tech closed her shop from the pandemic..So when I found this place 15 minutes from home I was super happy..
My favorite is Anna she is great..She gives me what I want and my nails last haven't had one broken nail..I have natural gel nails..Most nail shops think my nails are fake and do a horrible job and I have to start all over from nails breaking from them not use the proper gel on my nails..So I'm very happy with this place

Natalie did my nails and she did an amazing job! Absolutely great work, very nice and they took me in last minute without a reservation. For those complaining about the increase in price, please realize that small businesses cannot survive post-covid without raising their prices. My full set acrylic was $98 with designs and that is a good price.

So satisfied pricey for sure, close to $160 ‍just for a new set and pedicure. Both hands and feet are Gel. I know the difference with Gel of course is better quality and longer lasting. I just won't keep up with my nails as soon as I use to. I think I'm set for a month or so

First impression was good because there were a good amount of people inside so it led me to believe in this place.... the prices are astronomical! I got the shortest nails (french tip) you could imagine and it set me back $66!!!!! for what?! that is way to high and there was nothing special about my service or anything they did that was so unique that made the price. I could've understood if they would have offered me champagne, juice or water but nothing different from another nail salon happened. What a scam for such an average service. (i have added photos)

I have spent so much money there plus I tip SO much! I don't know if they changed management or whatever... but I just wanted to let everyone know I lost my FAVORITE nail salon:(

Went here today for a pedicure, it was my 1st and last time. They won't be getting my money ever again. The guy barely cleaned under my toe nails, barely spent any time on feet. Didn't even bother to apply lotion. Left a hard skin on my side of my foot. I asked if he would remove it and barely removed it. The service was so bad at the check out I told the lady what happened and that I was not tipping him. And she said that it was an additional fee but the guy never said that. Put it this way I could feel and tell the guy barely wanted to work.

Tammy vo was my mothers nail technician and when my mother asked her to change the shape because they were uneven and crooked she scoffed at her like she didn’t know what she was talking about. When she asked again Tammy stormed out of the salon yelling and pushing people and things out of the way. The manager did not offer to redo them or take them off instead he said he would be charging a take off fee on top of the redone nails. All she wanted was to look good for surgery tomorrow and instead we were treated like second class citizens. Super disappointed

A friend and I went here 8 months ago and it was great. However, when we came back a few days ago, it was not.
My friend (with white nails and inspo pictured) wanted a certain design that we didn't think was that hard. However, the guy doing the design really rushed it and made it look really bad on both nails.
I wanted black nails with a flame on the middle finger, and only 2 coats of black were done on some of my nails, making them see through under light which was really disappointing. I'm not sure you can see it in the picture.
I also really wish the red had another coat because you can

The staff is extremely friendly an polite but I wasn't satisfied with the end product. I requested regular pedicure with gel polish an ended up paying $55 ($45 regular pedicure+ $10 tip) I don't have an issue with the price. When the staff member was finished I noticed slight discoloration but chalked it up to the sun setting and the quality of light in the salon. The polish on my nails just seemed to be a bit diluted. Best place hands down... had my son's not knocked out within minutes superclean nice friendly staff you have to try at least the camomile number 6 pedicure is my absolute favorite. Literally as it's poured into your the water temperature of your choice...you can smell the essence of the chamomile and it just helps you relax.I promise you will not be disappointed with this place. They really take care of you. they provide. You amazing service for a very fair price.

I had my gel manicure done here & mine usually takes 2~3 weeks elsewhere but only a week later started to chip off from bottom went back expected them to do the right thing & fix it & guy told me to come back at 1pm cause everyone was working on nails so I came back & when I came back manager said NO saying it's normal to....which is a BS!!!!!

This was my first time and I got paired up with Rick. I told the lady up front what I wanted. Then I reiterated with him and switched things up a lil' bit. He keeps saying, "I'll give you a whatever you want." And, he DELIVERED. He didn't even fuss when I was particular about angles of the nail or placement of the rhinestones. Super awesome experience with him.

I came here because of all the amazing reviews. I gave 1 star because first off they over charge the hell out of you don't mind the prices on their board or even the ones on the website they over charge like hell 2 I don't know who puts oil on the mail after dehydrating then applies acrylic smh!!! The pix are amazing I suggest calling and seeing if the specific nail tech who's work is available. Gel application horrible shape and acrylic application horrible super sad because I spent over $140 I always tip but I felt robbed and couldn't even leave a tip I believe they definitely

I really enjoyed it here, Tammy did my nails she was very nice and clean with everything she did.
I had the best pedicure done by her and a really good full set with gel.
I got the Deluxe pedicure w/o gel or #2 on their pedicure menu and a short full set totaling to $87.
Very reasonable. Will definitely go back for a another pedicure after my labor and delivery!
