Myloan Nails

Very bad. I wanted a nail place close to home, made an appt, kept me waiting 30 minutes, didn't even care. Made another appt because my life runs on a schedule as a business owner myself. She was packed and after 20 minutes, told me another half an hour as she was just BEGINNING a pedicure...... I went home and never went back. If you can't keep your appts, please don't make them! PLUS I'd asked if she could do Nail art, she said yes. So my first (LATE) appt, she said how about Butterflies. I said wonderful and she put STICKERS on my nails I was in SHock

If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible! This was the worst experience ever. I came in to get my nails removed and this is what she did (see the picture) and please keep in mind that this was the "owner" working on my nails. I wasn't happy and asked her to fix it and she was yelling at me for it. She never ended up fixing my nails.
I will report this place further. Not only that she's bad at her job, she also works without any certification.

I personally came a week ago to place an appointment for Thursday as my wedding is Saturday. I arrive at 9:20am for my 9:30 appointment as I noticed they open at 9am. They were closed. So I waited in the car when someone arrives at 9:33am. I walk in, lights were off & I said "Good morning, I have an appointment at 9:30" she said I'll get your pedicure started Myloan (owner) is not here yet to do your nails. I got nervous. My pedicure was coming to an end & asked if she was almost here to get my full set Nails done as I have another appointment for wedding errands. Long story short, after crying

Had appointment but was 20 minutes to get to me, only one person available. Very rude when asking questions and extremely unprofessional. Definitely would NOT recommend anyone patronize this business.

I fully enjoyed my time here. They were very polite and explained everything that they were doing step by step as I haven't gotten gel nails before. Got a great massage during my pedicure as well and my nails look great! Will definitely visit again!!!

I was really disappointed in the workmanship here. The owner did my nails, talking and getting up to sell product to other clients during my manicure. The polish was sloppy, uneven, and the second coat didn't cover the first. No bases coat, and it was an acrylic fill which had an uneven surface, the sides of my nails were ragged, and they were not all the same shape or length. The shop was dark And not too clean looking compared to what I am used to. She didn't change the towel she used from the last client to put my hands on which was gross. On the positive side she was very fast...

Stay away from here this place is awful.My gel polishes started lifting the following day now this is the 2nd day and it completely lifted off!!! She also added her own tip by adding the extra $5 on my card!!! I'm highly disappointed I'm headed to a wedding and have no time to get them redone this would also cost me another $35!!!! I will never again visit this place!!! I'm so pissed out the outcome really can't believe the customer service and the product!!!!

Myloan (Pronounce MY-LOW-ON) is the sweetest lady. This is HER SALON and it is beautiful inside. She is a great conversationalist, VERY PROFESSIONAL, has amazing products from different parts of Asia ( I LOVE LOVE LOVE the face care products from Korea). She has BEAUTIFUL masks that are triple lined and stylish, they are VERY COMFORTABLE to wear. I bought 5 of the Chanel Masks for my bridesmaids for my wedding day this March. $8 each or 2 for $15. Chanel, Gucci, Louis V, etc etc. Mani's Pedi's & Waxing are the main services I get here, and I truly enjoy my lady time in her shoppe. She is a doll

Really impressed with the work done on my mani/pedi. Super nice & relaxing atmosphere. Clean. My boyfriend received a pedicure. He has terrible nails & they did beautiful work on his feet. This place is close to my home. Never thought to stop before but will make a point to come back.

Oh my I love Myloan! I have never had someone take such good care of my nails, she takes pride in her work and she is so sweet and friendly! This is a five star place ! 😍

My Loan was the first person to ever do my nails, and I remember when she painted the first coat of gel on my nail bed, I was in love! She's very creative & has a lot of bells and whistles(there's something for everyone) and I chose a pretty white bow for mine! The gel lasted about 2-3 weeks and it didn't chip once!

So upset with this shop I continue going there after a piece of my foot was literally dugout I went back after my heel was cut up but this is so unacceptable and pretend like you don't know what's wrong

So my nails are cute don’t get me wrong , however I am very disappointed my nail literally cracked the same day I literally was just sitting in the hot tub & i looked down & it was cracked . So I tried to back to the shop she closed it early 🙄. She also had the audacity to charge me $5 saying “ I should be more careful “ & Also tried to tell me I can’t my card for it I have to pay in cash which is against the low there is no minimum of how much money you can spend. then 2 of nails have broken after that so needless to say I’m very unsatisfied I will never go here again & I almost tipped

Myloan has been doing my nails since 19 or 20. Nails never break and last the longest. Great on feet also. Shes very sweet and friendly and the staff. You will feel part of the family.

Love this place . I have been coming here for years and they do an amazing job. Perfect mani & Pedi and I get a full set and fills. They are so friendly and super clean. I will always come here.

So i had some time to pass and needed my nails filled. Called and came to this place as it was nearby where i had to go. When i walked in, i was greeted and picked my gel color and was seated.
Duy did an awesome job on my nails and fixed one that was chipped. The atmosphere was pretty cozy. It's a clean place and cute. Myloan is also nice ;)

My Loan used to be amazing, a true artist, then she lost interest, she always charged me different for the same services, was always in a bad mood and late. She really does not care about loyal customers. She is truly the best, but all she cares about is the money. She is wonderful in her art but does not care about her clients.

I had my nails done and my eyebrow wax with Vivi. She was super amazing. Also, price was reasonable.... worth every penny. Would definitely come back!!!!!!!

We love this place! They're really good and very much experienced. We feel like home every time we get our nails done. We love Myloan, she's the owner of the place & her staff: Tiffany, Tina & Vivi. They're all friendly and the place is so clean. I would highly recommend this place! I I could rate 10 stars or more, I would do it.

Ask for Vivi.she s amazing. Very meticulous, took the time for each nail.made it perfect. My friends actually liked my nails better than the pic i found online. She s the sweetest and she loves what she does.doesn t rush you, goes back to check every lil detail
Definitely recommend her. I walked out happy; ). Btw o had no appnt.i found the place by driving around cause no one would take me w no appnt. Or some places even told me they don t do coffin nails......

The best nails ever! The ladies are sweet. I drove from Henderson to this location because they were willing to do my nails last minute. So worth it. Also had my eyebrows waxed. Perfect. 5 stars for 5 service. Ask for Myloan. She owns the shop. For eyebrows ask for tiffany. They make u feel so welcome.

Many services and colors to choose from. Pedicure was by far the best I have had in a long time. The location is convenient!

Just got here..again! My nails look amazing. I am obsessed with them. Truly adore the pastels.
