Founded in 1998, Borger and Horsley is located at 301 Market Street, Warren, Pennsylvania in one of Warren's stately Victorian homes. My husband and I asked Borger and Horsely law firm to help with some paperwork for the closing of our House in Warren, Pa in March of 2021.
Henry and Christin Borger were very professional and timely with any correspondence. Their assistant was pleasant, kind and very thorough with all paperwork needed from us.
When Kevin and I went into complete paperwork to sign final closing paperwork it was so easy and very relaxed. Everything was explained, we were given time to ask questions. We were given the answers needed. Also what was necessary for us for tax purposes.

I went to Borger & Horsley to get legal paperwork drawn up. I was met by K. Borger. Mrs. Borger said the rudest most disrespectful thing to me and I will never forget it. I will never forget the way her words made me feel as her client. I would never recommend this office to anyone let alone that this office will nickel and dime you for everything.

Definitely in need of a new secretary shes the first person you contact to schedule an appointment and the first to take your money extremely unprofessional and bad for business and their practice I'll take my cash elsewhere and I went to their office on two different referrals but No one will deal with a front office incompetent staff personnel ..

Well I saw everyone’s reviews and I was pretty satisfied with them so I decided to contact them(her) with a custody agreement between the kids mother and I. Being the man seeking the custody agreement with a women lawyer did scare me to be honest. I should of went with my gut. She did represent us but I knew off the get go she wasn’t for me. She down graded me she pretty much said I was a bad dad and she even knew the kids mom was mean after meeting her. She totally screwed up the first custody agreement proposal and blamed it on me. Yeah like we are doing all this to lose time with the kids

I seriously can go on for hours about how wonderful the borgers are. They care about you and your family. They go above and beyond! I wouldnt want anyone else to handle my personal legal situations, I have been with them for 14 yrs! They are the true definition of " one of a kind"! The best part between the both of them there is no limit on what they can do!!!!
