Complete waste of money. Bernard T. was no ball of fire in court. Did not cross examine my accusers in any meaningful way even after I supplied him with the questions to ask. Did not stand up for my rights. He let the prosecution walk all over me even when they were out and out lying. I should have fired him after his poor performance during the first hearing. Instead, like a dummy, I hired him for my appeal and his performance was worse than the first time around. He gave me the impression that he was tired of representing me and just wanted it to be over with. Walked away with $2500 of my hard

I've had consultations with Mr. Hessley on a few occasions, and will be using him for a possible upcoming adoption. He is a very professional and capable attorney in my town.
Notice the negative reviews are from rabid liberals who leave these negative views because Mr. Hessley does not subscribe to their ridiculous worldview. They do not know anything about him or his practice, but the people who live here do. If liberals hate him, you know he's the right attorney for you!
