Jim Hrncir RPh and wife Jan founded Las Colinas Pharmacy, Compounding & Wellness in 1984 and have maintained PCAB Accreditation since 2014. Recognized as one of the pioneers of modern pharmaceutical compounding, Jim's 1986 creation of Estradiol Transdermal Gel was the first of its kind in the United States.
Natural hormones are derived from plant sources, usually soy or yam, and then modified to become chemically identical to human hormones. Because they are exactly what the human body produces, we refer to these hormones as biologically identical or "Bio-Identical" for short. These "prescription-only" hormones are then used to replace missing or depleted levels in the body.
As a woman ages, her body produces lower amounts of hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. Hot flashes, sleeplessness, night sweats, vaginal dryness, mood swings, loss of libido, fatigue, foggy brain, and weight gain are all symptoms caused by declining hormone levels and resulting hormone imbalance.

I went to pick up my mother’s medication. I waited in line for 5 minutes while one person worked the register. He was busy helping someone. There were more than 5 reps working and not a one decided to help me. I am a black man. It took another person, not black, before someone came from behind the work counter to help me. I will never come back to this establishment. The damage has been done.

I highly recommend this pharmacy! Have been coming here for years for my bio identical hormones. The owner Jim is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and always educating his customers on the options for your needs. He also provides consultations which I highly recommend. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to take care of you.

Excellent customer service and wide selection of high quality vitamins and supplements. Knowledgeable pharmacists/staff helped me find a quality prenatal vitamin option from Metagenics and always had it in stock throughout my pregnancy. Las Colinas Pharmacy has by far the best customer service. When you walk in you are greeted warmly by the staff. Even if you are there just for supplements, they help you choose what is best for you personally.
