Services
Dr. Seth Osterman and his orthodontic team are always excited about meeting new patients during their first orthodontic visit to our office. We want your entire experience with our office to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We understand how busy you and your family are; that's why we utilize easy and fast computerized check-in as well as appointment reminder calls, texts, and emails to inform you of upcoming appointments.
It is our goal to provide you with outstanding orthodontic care that fits your budget. We understand that orthodontics is both a personal and financial investment and every patient has different needs when meeting their financial obligations. For this reason, we offer several payment options. For payments due at the time of service we accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Orthodontic problems can affect anyone - in fact, our teeth are almost never naturally perfect. Malocclusion, or a "bad bite", can cause problems with chewing, oral hygiene, speaking and aesthetics. A bad bite can be genetic, or can be caused by thumb sucking, dental disease, poor dental hygiene, accidents, birth defects or other medical conditions.
We feel professional advice from experienced doctors regarding your health care has value and should be recognized as such. While the initial visit for children and teenagers are free, we charge a $90 fee for adults, who often have more complex issues. As a rule of thumb, we like to evaluate young patients after the 6-year molars erupt and the front permanent teeth just start to appear.

The staff and doctor are all very responsive and flexible. They were so helpful with insurance through my career changes as well. I’m definitely a special case, and their coordination with other specialists is unmatched. Can’t thank them enough, so excited to see the final results in a month or two!

This review is specifically for Dr. Sammann who was my ortho many years ago when I was in middle school.
Dr. Sammann and his dental assistant (don't recall her name) were very rude and unprofessional. The reason why he got away with treating his clientele like this for so many years is because the majority of us were young kids and we didn't understand how a dental practitioner should treat his patients. Sure, he may have been nice to the parents, but he was unfriendly and inpatient whenever I had an appointment with him. For example, if I didn't turn my head fast enough in the direction that
