My husband was under Pro Health hospice for about 3 months, until his death. The hospice nurse was caring and kind. Because of Covid, the assigned CNA was not allowed to come to the SNF. Pain management was appropriate. The social worker was kind, but again was not allowed to visit after mid- March. When I needed a nurse on the weekend they were responsive. PRO HEALTH helped in a very difficult time.

Horrific experience. They did NOT provide morphine for my dying parent. It was so awful.
They had not assigned someone and the. When someone showed up over a day late they had NO IDEA how to care for my father.
I called and asked for someone to help us and help came 3 days later. We had no idea we had other options
PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
